😠 Awful service at this location. Older white lady and Indian lady are very rude. Not helpful or friendly and bad attitudes. The black guy is curt and unpleasant... he seems friendlier towards certain customers but bothered by others. The line is ALWAYS long, and they are very slow. I decided to just... Awful service at this location. Older white lady and Indian lady are very rude. Not helpful or friendly and bad attitudes. The black guy is curt and unpleasant... he seems friendlier towards certain customers but bothered by others. The line is ALWAYS long, and they are very slow. I decided to just go elsewhere, I will not deal with the unprofessional crew at this location. Found another local PO close by where they are much more helpful and customer friendly.

Both times that I went to 1) get my passport renewed and 2) send in my old passport, both attendants were efficient, kind, and helpful. When I went today to send in my old passport through priority mail, Kenneth was kind, funny, and helpful. I can't say kinder things about this location! I wish I remember the first person I interacted with back in January.

I love the employees/post masters at this post office! Always so helpful and I enjoy our small chat when I’m sending packages. Any post office can be a funny place to be waiting in line. I find it similar to the DMV sometimes where customers get very impatient and upset for minor reasons - but the employees here have always been respectful, calm and funny. They take their time to help you despite how many people are in line which I appreciate always - even when I’m the person waiting!

Sick & tired of rude service from the same white lady over and over. Time & time again she behaves like customers are inconvenience to her. Management must really not care. Absolutely disgusting the way ppl are treated.

This USPS has incredibly kind and helpful emloyees. I needed to mail a baby blanket to Canada, and they helped me mail it for ~$30 when FedEx said they can only mail linens express (can't be ground for some made up reason) and it would be $140.

I was just in there last week complaining about the mail carriers marking my package pickup completed and it was still here. Low and behold if the same darn thing didn't happen again this evening. You can't count on these people to do their job. Looks like I will have to go out of my way and drop them off...edit carrier just showed up at 6:40 pm

The La Grange location needs more employees, as usually there is an extensive line. In addition, there is no seating available during those waits for the elderly patrons.

While it's a nice facility and staff is friendly and competent, they are understaffed and overworked, so the line always moves slowly, especially if someone is signing up for a passport. As a result, you can't even drop off a package that already had postage without waiting in line because the parcel self service bin is always full (because they never have time to empty it). If you're going to drop off a postage paid package, just go to the UPS store on the other side of the tracks!

I went to get my daughter's and my passport and they no longer wanted to attend to me. I had the appointment at 12:15 pm. I arrived at that time with my daughter who has autism and she told me that I had to make another appointment to get the passport. because they were no longer going to serve me... 03/30/24 The truth is that the employees need to be nicer to customers.
