Amazing place with amazing views. Only giving four stars, because some of the bridges really need repairs (which was proven by the recent accident on the news) Hiked 1.25 miles over the course of 45 minutes, though everyone has a different experience due to the amount of alternative paths

Seven Bridges Trail has yet to disappoint. I always have a wonderful time when hiking along the trails. The scenery is surreal and I enjoy the diverse wildlife that roams the woods. While anytime to visit the park is a good time I have always been a fan of the colors through out, in the fall.

This is a beautiful place and I have been going here for a very long time like over a decade. I can think of it is very well maintained and a cool little hike to the beach. However, if it is a very nice day and it is beautiful outside have fun dodging all of the photographers taking family photos on the path. That's the only downside.

After an afternoon at the beach at nearby Grand Park Beach, we decided to take a few pics at a lookout spot. We noticed to trail down to the seven bridges trail and decided to check it out. We were so glad we did. What a beautiful hike. The trail was fairly easy to navigate. The steps were clean and in good shape with plenty of hand rails. We could hear the water long before we could see it so the anticipation of the view was cool. Once you reach the bottom, the point where the creek meets Lake Michigan was special. There were lots of people on the trail but it never felt crowded. The climb back up was a bit intense but even those out of shape in our group easily navigated the trail. Can’t wait to go back in the fall!

Great spot and very beautiful. Short hike around the multiple bridges. Goes by the water to a rocky beach area. In the winter still a great spot but be careful of the ice on the stairs. People were sliding around. There was also some rebar sticking out of the ground next to the steps, so could see someone injuring themselves. Bathrooms were closed for the winter. Not too many ppl for a beautiful Sunday.

Easily accessible park and trail in good condition. It rained earlier so I should have worn my actual hiking shoes, tennis shoes are a little slick in the mud. Lots of (leashed) dogs and people were polite.

This was such a fun park to check out for the day! We had a blast exploring the walking trails, checking out the bridges (beware of trolls 😉), and playing in the beach. The beach area is amazing! There is the perfect wading pool for littles, and on a calmer day it’s a good spot for a swim in the lake.

Beautiful oasis of nature in an urban area. The place is full of trees and wildlife and the temperature is always just a little bit more hospitable than a ground level because of some kind of microclimate situation. Love the place.

Beautiful place, you can choose to walk standard trail or a more rugged path closer to Lake Michigan. Restrooms are available in a few picnic areas which could use an update but still grateful for their availability. There are benches at several spots along the way.

Lovely trails with access to the beach. Such a well maintained area. Very clean. All those I encountered on the trails were kind. Definitely a family friendly place that is worth experiencing at least once.

Beautiful park! We spent most of the day there just letting the kids explore. A great place for dogs. Next time we'll definitely bring our furry friend instead of leaving her at home. There were more people than I was expecting, but I'm not sure if it was usual as it was one of the first warm and sunny days of spring.

Beautiful trails through the woods and along the lake. There are also stairs that lead you down to the beach. They have some park areas nearby to sit and have lunch or take a break. No fee to visit.

Very beautiful, serene location that leads right to a beach one Lake Michigan. It's a pity that there's some graffiti painted on the bridges and some trees though. Grant park is a beautiful, fun park.

What a peaceful and lovely place. The trails are easy, quiet and a nice respite from the heat. My dog and I especially enjoyed the beach connected to the park.

Hello everyone I just wanted everyone to know that this place (7 bridges ) is a nice trail leading down to the lake where you can sit and watch the waves of the water or if you want to walk the trails the steps are uneven but expected and so glad they put them there for us to be able to get down to the beach area not intended for strollers or wheelchair but go take a look for yourself maybe we can find our soul mate just walking and enjoying the scenery but didn't work for me I'm to shy to walk up and start talking to people but stay safe and always buckle up

Easily one of my favorite places to view Lake Michigan. Enjoyable walk (morning or evening) along a pristine lakeshore with spectacular views. Appropriate for the whole family! Also, there's some good rock hunting to be done along the shore so bring some comfortable footwear.

Haven't been here in ages. It was a nice walk on the trail and there are stairs and some railings that were not there a long time ago.

A really nice place to walk in once in a while. You really get to feel the nature around you as you continue to walk in this place. There's also a beach you can walk in and may swim in the ocean too if you bring yourself a swimsuit. Or skip some stones in the oceans for fun. A lot of routes are here too and makes you wonder where you are walking to at some points. Just make sure you don't get lost in this place though.

Very nice sandy view of the lake without buildings in the picture. There is usually quite a few people here during the summer months. Could do better to have more secure trash bins as I've watched trash bins get tipped over by raccoons and make a horrible trash mess everywhere. Get better cans, and you'll stop contributing to pollution in the area.

Was here in a work trip and really enjoyed the walk. There were some trees in the place but it was nice.

The diverse beauty for Lake Michigan never ceases to amaze me! 7 bridges is no exception. The trails wind along they ridge overlooking the lake, down through the creek valley with all the bridges and takes you out to water as well! Easy paths and not very far to water/bridges from parking areas!

Beautiful trails inside Grant Park along Lake Michigan. Nestled in a hardwood forest, Maples, Beech, Birch and more are stunning in the fall. Be prepared for a stair master workout. Many steps await as you navigate the rolling terrain. It is well worth a visit. Dogs are welcome!

👍👍 South Shore Beach also known locally as Grant Park is on Lake Michigan and a 15 minute drive from our house. Lovely beach, never crowded, with a concession stand and chairs and umbrellas for rent quite reasonably! Five dollars for a plastic layout chair...not bad! We visit this beach about 5 times d...
