Cheddars, Cheddars - where art thou! In Pleasant Prairie, and it was delicious! Went on Friday and got seated right away. First, we were served honey butter glaze croissants. UNBELIEVABLE! We had cheese curds, chips and queso. AMAZING!! We ordered the lemon pepper chicken breast with rice, broccoli, green beans and a garden salad with the best vinaigrette dressing ever; pot pie with coleslaw, grilled tilapia and shrimp with seasoned rice, green beans and red beans and rice and blackened salmon with green beans, steamed carrots, rice, and garden salad. DELECTABLE! Our server Payton was a God sent! She was so attentive and accommodating. Put it like this . . . Her tip was almost the same as all of our meals put together. No 10% or 20% for Ms. Payton. The service was GREAT, and the atmosphere was RELAXING. It was a very enjoyable experience. We will definitely go back. This is a happy place. MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR PAYTON!!!

I love coming to Cheddar scratch kitchen thy give you complimentary honey butter glazed croissants. Their chicken tenders are amazing season to perfection, lightly and fluffy. I also love their trio spinach dip, chicken tenders and salsa with house chips; it's great way to start you entree. Their drinks are flavorful also their Maui Margarita is awesome and nicely sized and if you like Arnold Palmer for sunjoy you're in love because they can make a nice Arnold Palmer drink that is sure to have your taste buds and a frenzy, if you don't believe me come and see for yourself!!!

They were busy as usual. Had a short wait. Always good food! T-Bone, Chicken and shrimp, and coconut shrimp with painkiller sauce.. We always get The Painkiller Beverage. Limit 2 😃 Only things we didn't like was the beans and carrots. Not sure what happened but the flavor was off not to mention they weren't hot either.

Be wary of the chicken and shrimp Alfredo. I placed an online order for the Alfredos and was very surprised when I took my first bite. At first I thought I had Covid because I tasted absolutely nothing. Then I took a sip of wine and realized it was just the bland pasta. My son, whom absolutely loves Alfredo suggested we eat Ramen noodles instead for dinner after tasting his pasta. I love Cheddars but this wasn’t it. Also his garlic bread was as hard as a hockey puck and just as tasty. Not sure who was in the kitchen tonight but they need some time off to find some spices. I have three stars because my food was hot and ready when I picked it up and the server was very polite.

Very pleased with the experience for the first time! Very warm atmosphere, pleasant staff and prompt service. Enjoyed the food, chicken strips were perfect and steak juicy!

We had a great time tonight. Of course, I completely overdid it we showed up at 530 and were seated immediately. Our server was spot on and took care of our requests..

Went to celebrate a birthday. The food and drinks were good. A little disappointed that they don't have catfish anymore. I'm not sure how long it's been off the menu, but it would be nice to see that back on the menu.

One of the best bang for your buck restaurants! Food is always fantastic and service never fails. They serve you free complimentary croissants which are honestly the best croissant I've ever had. So airy, yet crispy and spongey. We had the cheese bites as our appetizer and the cheese was very yummy with a crisp shell. I also had a Frozen Watermelon Margarita which was very good! I couldn't stop drinking it! As my main course I went with the Chicken Alfredo Pasta and while it was scorching hot I rather have it hot than cold! Decent amount of chicken and seasoning was superb. Overall this place is one of those restaurants that you can't go wrong at! Only downside is that there is no reservations so normally there is a wait time to be seated. We were a party of 2 and had about a 40 min wait to be seated on a Sunday evening.

We were seated right away. Have not been here in years. They served us honey butter croissants (which is new to us, they don't have this the last time we went) it was delish. My son loved it so much that he ate it up to the last crumb. It was too sweet for me though so I just gave my share to my son. For our drinks/cocktails we ordered painkillers, it has some tropical vibes to it, it has pineapple-coconut flavors, it was good. For appetizers we had the spinach dip and cheese bites both are tasty. I ordered creamy garlic tilapia with shrimps, it was ok. I still loved the grilled salmon though (which I almost always order everytime we come here.) Me and my husband's dish came in a little late, by the time our dishes were served, my parents are almost done with their meal. But it was all good, was not really hungry at that time, so no big deal. I feel like our server was a bit new too, but was nice and sweet so it's ok.

Our waitress was super kind and attentive. Her suggestions were great. Food was good. Haven’t been back since my grammie passed, but they made it comfortable to be back in the restaurant. Thank you.

First time eating here. The ribs were delicious. Fries were good, too. Excellent service. A huge slice of cake will definitely be shared. And free fresh croissant. Great place for lunch.

Had a great time. The atmosphere is very pleasant with a cozy feel. Was originally being seated at a booth for a party of five. Requested a regular table as as a group of all over 50 adults, a booth is not pleasant. They were very accommodating. Our server - oh dang it - if I remember correctly was Lisa and she was great. She was just wonderful. Had a couple things happen with odd behavior in our group, but she took it in stride and kept up her excellent service. She was very attentive, making sure we all got what we wanted. She was friendly and had an air about her that she really enjoyed what she was doing. The food was delicious. In our group was ordered the Meatloaf, Chicken Pot Pie, Chicken Fingers, the Chicken Dinner, and I had the 8oz sirloin. Everyone really enjoyed their mains and sides, with rave reviews on the pot pie. The steak was cooked perfectly and my sides of a loaded baked potato with bacon and a house side salad were the perfect pairings. Very reasonably priced including the margaritas ordered by most in the group. Let me say the grande watermelon (I believe watermelon) is massive. Each diner gets a complimentary Honey Butter Croissant, and let me say they re so good I took a half dozen home for a couple days. Full disclosure...I already ate them all. I was enjoying myself a little too much and completely forgot to take pictures of my steak and such. I ate it all. I DID snap the croissants and the grande margarita though. I felt it was worth the drive down from Milwaukee.

I had a wonderful dinner in a wonderful restaurant! The 2 coctails that we ordered were fantastic, unfortunately I forgot the name of it. The grilled fish with 2 sidedish is recommended, well ... it made my tummy very happy 😃

Service was excellent hate I can’t remember her name….I’m going to describe her bc she deserve her praise Middle age white lady, short ponytail…also she has a chip tooth. She was such a sweetheart. Drinks was strong and large food was great for price Ambiance is great

Food was AMAZING tonight! I had to stop eating just to write this review. I filled out the survey, but I felt that other people need to know — the grilled salmon… cooked to PERFECTION! Sunday’s are hands downs the best evening to order this dish. Shoutout to Michael & the chef’s in the kitchen tonight! Now let me get back to my food .

This was our first time at Cheddars. Right of the bat, they brought each of us a warm honey buttered croissant, YUMMY! We ordered the wisconsin cheese bites appetizer to enjoy. They came pretty quickly. They were all golden cheddar cheese filled. Next, I ordered the ribs/ chicken tender combo. The ribs were okay. They are longer, skinny bones. I most likely would not have that again, but I really enjoyed the chicken tenders. The batter was crunchy and quite flavorful. The chicken was cooked pretty well. He ordered the 16-ounce bone in ribeye, medium rare. Cooked perfectly! However, overly fatty steak. My husband discarded a lot of his steak. We both had baked potatoes, which came with salt on the skin. Pretty good! I had the broccoli, cheese rice casserole. Very popular item. Just not for me. He got coleslaw, which he says pretty good and in the creamy side. Since it's not a rib or steak house, AND since our server Megan was really good to us, we feel we would like to try Cheddars once more. I think it would be worth a second look.

From the unlimited honey butter croissants to the appetizer, It was so good I forgot to take a picture of my entrée! The baby back ribs with chicken tenders were amazing!

First time here. Was not impressed. The breading on the chicken and shrimp was dry and just lacking in flavor. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the server was nice and efficient and the croissants were delicious. If I return, it will most likely be just outside to pick up honey butter croissants.

Food was OUTSTANDING! The service needed to be fixed though. The girls at the front didn't know how to seat people in the correct order. Poorly executed. But if you can overlook people arriving after you AND getting seated BEFORE you, go and enjoy the food.

One thing for sure I waited to try this place so many times, and the wait was always long. Finally, I got in when the wait wasn't as long. But when I got my food, I was very disappointed. I order appetizers (Buffalo shrimp and cheddar fries. Both were a no-no. Then my entrée was the steak and tender combo. I asked for my steak to be medium well, and it came out over well done. My tenders were over covered in bbq sauce, and i didn't even order bqq sauce. My sides were the broccoli cheddar casserole and mash potatoes. Let's just say no seasoning and very luke warm. The best thing were the drinks. I had my experience, and let's say you won't be hearing me say, "Let's go to Cheddar's!"

I had the Monte Cristo sandwich. It was very good! He had the lemon pepper grilled chicken. Also very good. The buttered croissants were a nice surprise. Will return next time we pass through.

It is a beautiful restaurant is very clean very pretty. The prices are very affordable. The plates are big enough. The problem of this restaurant is they do not have Busboys to help the waiters and waitress. It is because of this reason that sometimes the service is not as great at it should be. The managements are never around . I think the problem is a lack of good management. Very successful restaurants have great management. they are always around always helping and supporting the stuff.

The food is very good we had cheeseburgers for dinner tonight. They have a nice bar area as well as a large restaurant with a quiet atmosphere. Tonight they were understaffed which was not a problem,the staff was wonderful and attentive. We enjoyed our dinner!

Friendly service and good food. A great selection as well. I had the blackened white fish with coleslaw, beans, rice. Super delicious!
