I don’t usually give five stars for good service but I received excellent service. My waiter was Zack a very friendly and professional man. He was quick and attentive and we received hot food. We had a problem paying at the table and the manager which was an expectant mother was the sweetest person in that building. Everyone was friendly and made us feel welcomed. I wish other restaurants held such a high standard for customer service as they do at this Olive Garden. We will definitely go back.

Always a great experience!! Love this place ❤!! The tour of Italy with a glass of Moscato is the best thing on the menu, oh and the warm donuts for desert. Thank me later!! Carly was our server and she is definitely one of the Greatest servers I have ever experienced ❤️

Juno was outstanding, food was amazing as usual. Didn’t even have to ask for a single thing the workers were soo on top of their job.

Excellent food and attention. The bread and soup, perfect combination. The plate o ordered was an Italy tour.

I ordered an alcoholic drink when the bill came it was top shelf and a top shelf brand that I would not have ordered anyway. The salad is always garbage - brown wilted and rough cuts that look more like compost than salad. The scampi was good but not service temp. Yuck- again.

We had a very sweet waitress! The service was excellent! The food was so good! They were quick and did not mess anything up! They gave us lots of fresh bread sticks and soups. We had 15 people in our group! I loved it very much and plan to return soon. Thanks Olive Garden for giving us your 100 percent service!

Our server Alyssa did a great job taking care of us and our party. We had a larger group and she made sure we were well taken care of. The food was the problem, both me and my girlfriend ended up getting shrimp/seafood in our meals and while I had significantly less than her she got the seafood pasta and got food poisoning while I got away with just a pretty bad stomach ache. If you’re heard for some pasta, chicken, and good service you’ve found a decent spot but if you came for seafood I’d go somewhere else for sure.

Our visit was surprisingly better than we expected. Was not impressed with the spinach/artichoke dip- lacked flavor, and skimpy on the artichokes. The main courses were much better though. Proce point seemed fair. We would go back.

Our waitress was great but the soup was luke warm at best , I got the tortellini Alfredo and it came with no bread crumbs like it’s supposed (I’ve had this dish before and it was my new favorite so I was so sad to not see it look or taste the same and again not warm. ) Same with my boyfriends shrimp scampi cold. We didn’t say anything to the waitress because we didn’t have time to wait for it to be remade and didn’t want her to be apologetic as it is not her fault . Again great service but the food was cold.

Flavours were good, food was fresh. I think our server was new, we had to ask for a few things more than once. But overall he was trying hard.

Out to dinner with a friend and her daughter at one of our usual spots. As always, staff was fast to get us seated and food was delicious! At the end of our meal, our server loaded us up with 2 bags of breadsticks - I was only needing a couple to go along with my leftovers. Gonna try freezing some to have at a later date because it's more than ill be able to eat before they go bad.

Olive garden puts out a pretty consistent product. Place is usually pretty crowded and you usually have to wait. We waited about 30 minutes for a table for 2. Who doesn't love the salad and bread sticks. I had the Chicken Marsala and my wife had the build your own pasta dish. Both were tasty and we had leftovers to take home. I had a draft blue moon which was was pretty expensive at $8 . Overall I recommend Olive Garden

Family dinner for a birthday. Service was wonderful, especially with all the children at our table. Our server was very patient, attentive, and kind. Our food however was certainly a bit disappointing. The chicken parmigiana I ordered was burnt with little to no sauce and very little pasta. Others in our group also mentioned that the pasta they ordered seemed much smaller in size then it had been in previous visits. My guess is that with the all you can eat pasta promo the kitchen is trying to portion their plates better. These things happen, but our portions were certainly smaller than the size they should be. Summary: Great service, normal atmosphere, courteous and kind server, and very below average food compared to past visits at this location.

Nick was our host and cheerful right from the point we met him. He made our brunch super fun. My wife, Sarah, & I will drive all the way from Chicago to eat at this Olive Garden and meet this fun guy. We had meat balls and five cheese ziti, which we gobbled up in 5 mins. 😋😋

Food was fantastic as usual. My only complaint is the prices. Each meal cost about $20. I want to support the business but spending $40 on a date before a tip is kinda wild. I really wish the employees didn't have to rely on tips. Why is America like this?

It was very cold inside the restaurant. Everyone in our party wore their winter jackets through lunch. Food was good but service was very slow. There were longer than normal gaps in time between ordering, getting drinks, soup and salad, our meals and dessert. We had an appointment to get to and had to leave so by the time dessert was brought out, I told them to put it in togo bags. We were already standing, bill paid just waiting so we could leave. In all, we were seated at our table more than 2 hours. Quite frustrating.

Great food and our server, Brina S. was fantastic at what she was doing. She was friendly, helpful and was a great waitress.

1 Star overall because when we checked in we were told there'd be a 20 min wait. At the 48 min mark, after observing other same sized groups being seated, we asked if we'd been forgotten, and apparently we had because a table in the virtually empty portion of the restaurant was immediately set. Our server, Cathy (5 Stars), was wonderful even though she just recently started working here. An apology from the front would have done wonders but they were young and seemed to just laugh it off so.....not going back to this location.

Great service may mean you don't get it right the first time. However, you go above and beyond to make it right. Thanks to everyone that took care of me tonight. From Cooper that took my order, to the manager that offered to drive out the missing part of my order, to the sweet lady that dropped off my soup, thank you! Appreciate your kindness and great customer service. I am new to the area and definitely be returning here often. Well done!

Tonight’s dinner with our family at the Pleasant Prairie location was not very good. First, our silverware was dirty. Three families wanted their own salad due to liking salad differently and waitress got huffy and said they could bring each family a salad. We are feud on that until she caved. The service by the waitress was slow and we kept having to ask, instead of her offering cheese etc. we also didn’t get any of the chocolate mint candy at end of meal and we always get those at any other Olive Garden for many years now. Not tonight though. Won’t eat at this location ever again.

The bartender took great care of us. Drinks were always tended to. Food was delicious and espresso with small donuts were delightful. Really nice experience. We will definitely be back to eat at the bar.

We had a party of 7 this past Sunday, Mother’s Day, for a late afternoon meal. After a short wait ( we were on the waiting list) we were seated and had a great dining experience. Great service and great food! Your restaurant was nicely staffed for a busy, busy day. Very attentive server too. Kudos to you and thank you! Happy Mom
