    I ordered a steak bowl and when I got home and opened it, it only had about 5 little steak cubes, hardly any rice or any of the other ingredients. Service is getting worse, from not getting the order right to missing utensils, to labeling order wrong, then portions getting smaller. I won’t be returning to this location.

    Tonight was very disappointing. Tried to call the manager, got voice jail robot. Robot said go to site. Went to site taking more time to fill a complaint and upload pictures, the site timed me out and does not take complaints into record. Got no email, no phone contact, no care for service at all. Very disappointed. Not a well run location at all.

    largest reason why I'm putting in this review I was very courteous and nice to the manager Renee who I'm sure misspelling her name seem but she really didn't care argue with what I was saying and was not offering zero solutions as if I was trying to scam their location . Furthermore I did advise them I'd be putting in this review. Stopped in at the Chipotle location at 9370 76th Street pleasant prairie Wisconsin. Order two burrito bowls to go and two side tortillas. A very time consuming line for the amount of people that were in there restaurant that was not very clean. Seem like business is normal until check out when my bill was higher than it should have been to discover I was overcharged. Cashier stated napkins in silverware were over by the soda dispensary and there weren't any napkins or forks available. dispensers empty only knives left available. To get home to discover that over burnt stuck together tortillas that they couldn't separate as to ask. Furthermore the steak and the burrito bowl taste like it had been rinsed off with water the guacamole tasted like just onions and peppers. Call the manager discuss this who advised me her name was Renee who basically told me there's nothing she can do for me. Have no intentions of revisiting this location

    This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. I’ve been a few times and every time I regret going. The tables are always dirty, they rarely have Tabasco sauces out, and last time I was there, the guac was disgustingly brown and had ice frozen all around it. Also, all the salsas I got on my burrito were frozen as well.

    Today Sep 3rd 2023 DISGUSTED 🤮 Placed an online order for two chicken bowl with other toppings,I picked up my order and got home,I take my food out and realized there IS NO CHICKEN, called the store and they said to bring it back to correct their mistake. Went back to the restaurant with the order and they make me a new order,I went home,opened my bowl up,I had about 4 bites before I even noticed A FREAKING BUG ON MY FOOD!!!!! This is a really bad experience and Chipotle has FOR SURE LOST A CUSTOMER!!!!! I am beyond grosed out. It all was a bad experience from the beginning by them messing up my order and having to come back to get a new order only to come home with a freaking bug in my food. I called the store and they gave me a number to call (corporate) to have them help with this issue. IM JUST GROSSED OUT AND DISAPPOINTED. Bad business. 👎

    This is a "large" bag of chips now... When asked the register just smiled and said yeah... Do better Chipotle! This isn't $3 of chips, and only half of what we used to get.

    I eat here alot typically great experience. Service was disappointing. On my last visit. Guy behind the counter was obviously high. He was out of queso. I asked if he had more and he said no. I got another teammates attention and asked her if she had more, and she said yes and brought it up. He acted upset with me for even asking. For $15 a bowl now. We should not be shorted on ingredients.

    When the worker was making my food they touched the lettuce with their bare hands and proceeded to hit on and objectify women in line by yelling "rice check" (even if rice levels were sufficient) and getting all the male coworkers out to rate the women in line. Absolutely disgusting.

    Clueless team damaging the Chipotle brand, ordered veggie bowl from my online order history, got the chicken bowl, called back to report issue and got the same scripted answer, no accountability at all.

    I was talking to an employee and I was telling her about the old black guacamole they are serving and as I'm walking away this dude curse me out in Mexican Spanish, the blant racist treatment I received is unbelievable why gotta be racist to other Latinos just because I complained about the black guacamole, this place is the worst

    Usually pretty good. But today, I ordered a burrito for pickup at 12:10pm, and yet I received a bowl at 12:30pm. I realized it was wrong when I got back to the office. My lunch hour was almost done, so I could not rectify their mistake. Disappointed. (I had no fork to eat the bowl). The delay wasn't really my problem, they were pretty busy and it happens. But the compete wrong order should not happen.

    I bought a bowl for my daughter. Just a bowl nothing special. You do get what you pay for so if you like to only eat rice and your choice of protein and that it, like my daughter, you will be still paying full price for the bowl. Sorry, not sorry, that I really think there should be a reduction in price for only two (2) ingredients. Maybe it’s just me why I believe that and if you do too God bless. But please understand.. you would be smart, like my daughter, if you order extra rice! lol

    Burrito was fine. Nearly all tables are dirty and I’ve been here 20 minutes and they are still dirty. Coke not working. Chips are stale. Walls look like a construction site.

    Don’t order to go or online from here. It will be a mess. I can only order in person, and carefully. You either get a mountain of rice with 4 pieces of meat, or 10 grains of rice with 4 scoops of meat. The ratios are always so off. This is the only location that I have to worry about getting a sour cream soup burrito. Also, this past time I went, the employee building the bowl was putting each topping in separate little piles on the bowl. Why? What is the training going on here? Also, are employees just not staying long enough to train? It’s been like this for a year.

    Paid 50 dollars for this when placing an order online bowls had half on the I frecuente missing. Kids meal missing one of the chips and Guac missing. Second time this has happened at this location contacted store no response.

    I got a steak burrito bowl last night, and my entire day today has been spent running back and forth to the bathroom to throw up, I have cold sweats, nausea, diarrhea, and I haven't been able to keep any food or water down for the last 15 hours. It seems I'm not the only one who has experienced this recently from this location. This location seriously needs to up the standards that they hold their employees to rather than bribing customers for 5 star reviews. (The sign hanging on the line when you order your food is bribing customers with a free chip or drink if they show that they left a 5 star review)

    Incomplete Order, didn't receive any Utensils/Napkins. Sour cream and Corn Salasa was missing with the Quesadilla, had to eat it dry. Bowl size has reduced to half from 6 months ago. Don't order online or you'll be left hungry.

    I feel for the staff. It's tough to recruit and retain employees these days, and it's known that there are supply chain issues. With that said, I ordered a burrito bowl and after scooping I asked her if I could do double meat and add guajillo which sounded tasty. The conversion to double meat was less than a 1/4 of their scoop of that meat. I didn't realize it was like gold at the price, but it was a tasty 4 or 5 strips worth. The dining room was not in good shape. We luckily found a clean table, but there were many that were not. It was the start of the lunch rush, a lot of employees were training , and there were even a large group of new hires in the lobby doing what looked like orientation. I grabbed a spoon and fork that were covered with yellow grease in the stations next to the drinks/napkins. There was no iced tea and they were out of large lids, so they started giving medium cups instead. While the food was not as good as usual, it still deserves 4 stars, even with the small portion. As the employee was training someone else, I wasn't going to go and argue about the portion of the double meat, as I was using a gift card, and I felt for the employees getting swamped. If it weren't for supply chain issues, and obvious massive training effort, the rating would be much lower, yet I understand and hope the new employees help them get back to where they were before the pandemic. This is a decent Chipotle location, and I have had many great meals here. Unfortunately today seemed to be an off day, so I hope you catch them on one of their many good days. I didn't plan on reviewing today, yet Google asked me to.

    Mitchell gave us excellent customer service despite it being close to closing time! He continued to be kind, polite, and offer multiple solutions to customers in front of us even though they had a negative attitude towards him and yelling at him. The other two guys with him were also a great help!

    I love the food but it's like I have a constant battle with them not having the food ready when promised or including everything I ordered or the quantity of some of the items isn't worth what they charge for it (a recent visit I got guac and it only measured a tablespoon for $2.80 + tax). Admittedly every visit is different. Some are better than others but I've given up commenting or rating low on their app because it didn't make any difference.

    Terrible at online orders! Three times now we have ordered online take out. Every time we were missing topping, sides or an order completely different than what we ordered. First advice is always open and check each meal. They don’t care anymore about quality of their food or how to treat their customers. Also, they have great guacamole if you like stems and peels in it.

    Great food! Great customer service. The only problem was that there was music playing in the restaurant, and then in the kitchen area they played extremely loud music as well. It was annoying to sit in there and try to eat in here. Two different musics going on at the same time.

    They have seemed short staffed at times. The dining and kitchen areas look mostly clean. Hardly ever any hot sauces and to go cups and lids for sauces by the drink station, and most importantly, the steak and chicken are frequently overcooked like jerky. Always delicious!

    used to be a 5 star chipotle location. while the prices are increasing, quality is decreasing. when ordering for pick up, i always have to triple check because there is constantly something missing from the order. the new steak should not be $15 and be served cold when picking up. disappointed but looking forward to the new Somers location.

    Place is absolutely filthy and DISGUSTING. Two of last three times we went there, including tonight, we walked out. This is the last time giving this place the benefit of the doubt. All three times, the dining room was a disaster. Not one clean table, food all over the floors, over flowing garbage cans, empty napkin containers and not one employee cleaning. Additionally, employees with long hair hanging out over the food being made. They’ve been out of something every time also. Tonight, they were only giving cheese to online orders, not the customers inside. Last visit, two hours before close, they locked the front doors and said they were only accepting online orders. Another time, they just had the doors locked for no reason without a sign (but all employees were inside ignoring everybody trying to get in)- this was around 7 pm. The one time we did actually order, the employees were very slow and they had to rewrap my burrito twice because it broke both times. It was also hard to hear them because there was music blasting from the kitchen. It’s sad because we used to love chipotle and after tonight, we refuse to go back unless management turns things around significantly.

    Ordered through the APP and when I picked up the order it was missing my fajita veggies on a bowl, chips, fruit cup, and chocolate milk. I checked my bag and asked where the items were. They told me they were sold out of all chips, all milk, all fajita veggies, and fruit cups. They were happy to take my money on the APP but were not offering a refund while at the store. They told me I needed to call customer service to get a refund. So ridiculous. Not returning to this location again.

    There were 8-10 employees and 5 or so customers. The counter at the register was absolutely filthy with food all over it. There was only one table that was clean in the dining area, and NO ONE was eating in. The dining area floor was covered in food pieces. The employee working the register was leaning against the dirty counter, arms crossed instead of wiping down the counter. Apparently, they have never heard the saying, "If you have time to lean, you have time to clean." Not to mention it was 6:45 PM on a Wednesday, and they ran out of meat. We were very disappointed. What has happened to the restaurant service?
