My boyfriend and I got a room for my birthday for a few days, and if I am being completely honest, we will never stay here again. We paid for a room with a king size bed, when we walked into our room it was not the correct room. When we said something about it, we were told that there was painting being done upstairs, and we couldn't have the room we paid for, we were not informed of this before our arrival. Our room flooded (we almost didn't receive a new room, despite the 2 in of water on our floor) different employees were rude, their microwave doesn't work without the light on, and they water down their orange juice. Overall, my boyfriend and I definitely wish we would have spend our money elsewhere. But for anybody interested in staying here, don't ask for napkins or paper plates after breakfast time, apparently it's closed.

This hotel is disgusting. First thing i noticed was the stopper that’s supposed to be in the sink on the faucet was broken and sitting on the sink in pieces. The floors were extremely slippery, the drain cover in the tub was taken out and left in the middle of the tub, the tub had a snag or something and while taking a shower it actually stuck me, and the key to my room kept deactivating and the towel rack was broken. The best thing about this hotel is the desk clerk. She literally made our stay worth staying. I’ve stayed at many Laquinta Inns but nothing as bad as this one.

Avoid this hotel!!! They will steal your money! I'm contacting the BBB about this place. I stayed here for a month. The day after I left, they gave me random charge. I called and they said they didn't know why there was that charge, because there was no damage to the room, nothing was stained, the amount charged didn't make sense and they said the manager would call me back. I called back twice since then and they hung up on me right when I asked about it again. I wasn't even acting angry. They also over charged someone else I know there for no reason.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It is not handicapped friendly as I have a broken arm and a bad Leg there is not an elevator and access to the 2nd floor where we were put had many steps to get to the room. There was arguments outside going on at 2 o'clock in the morning. There were people at dogs barking and kids running in the hallway during the night, there was construction painting going on and the person painting the building was right in front of our window on a lift very uncomfortable room itself Was very good clean. The bathroom was small but clean but like I said I would not recommend this hotel at all.

This hotel well deserves its five stars and five diamonds…. One of the finest hotel experiences I’ve had, I travel a lot. For work and in retrospect this turned out to be the best out of them all. The location is ideal, the hotel is within walking distance of near Mc donalds, Starbucks, big groccery store! Everything about this hotel is excellent. The staff is extremely friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable.! It was an amazing, wonderful, clean and fancy stay!I stayed three weeks and they every day cleaning my room… they have place with no pets… because I need to sleep….Everyone makes you feel welcome from the doorman to the front desk staff.. Rooms were really nice. Big king size bed. I would Highly recommend this as a place to stay in Kenosha. Thank you for an amazing time!

This was likely one of the dumpiest places I have stayed. I booked through Expedia 10 min before getting there for a King room. I get there and am given a double room on the second floor with no elevator! Go back down to find out what the heck and am told the kings are sold out. Then she says she can switch me to a single bed, so I get a 1st floor room with a full size bed. Fine, whatever. The fridge is noisy, the windows are off the tracks and don't close properly, the heater is super noisy so I shut it off, the volume on the remote doesn't work and you can't control on the TV. While trying to see if front desk could help with remote I mention the windows and as if it's an issue are says, "so are you gonna want to change? " This dump was a waste of money. I just wanted to have a decent night sleep before another long trip and that isn't going to happen. Oh and the hall smelled of pot

Room appeared to be partially updated. Continental breakfast was average at best - how can you not have any kind of juice on a Saturday morning?!? Price and location were the only things that made it tolerable. Also, the lady working the front desk was very pleasant and helpful!

The place needs more updating . Staff was nice I felt a bit nervous in my room . Pics of what caught my eye right away. Door space around door space all around frame (pic) bathroom wasn't clean enough for me also dirty was laying out in hall when I arrived at 8pm.

I am very disappointed with this motel. My daughter stayed there while waiting for new place to be ready and the manager should not be in customer service field! First, she was double charged, not once but twice! Then was told had to check out and had paid for room in advance. After explained it to him, he said okay n she stayed. The biggest issue, is my grandson, 8 yrs old, got a nose bleed in middle of night while sleeping and when she took sheets off and gave to housekeeping and explained what happen, the manager again told her she had to leave or pay $100 for sheets/pillowcase! That is way overpriced, I would say! She left there and our family and anyone we know will NEVER stay there or say good thing about them. This is LaQuinta in Pleasant Prairie off 94/hwy 50

My time here was amazing. The rooms are clean and quiet and the breakfast is everything I need to start my day. The front desk team is also very nice and accommodating. I need to be in town for work in two weeks and just booked another week.

Very disappointed in the management here, we were scheduled to stay for 3 nights, the chemical smell was so strong that we couldn't comfortably stay here. So we left, with the understanding of a FULL refund since we were there for 40 minutes. The Manager is trying to charge me for 1 day that we didn't even stay.

No elevator. This was not on the official website or told to us upon arrival. Unstable furniture. Refrigerator precariously wobbled in its stand. No drain plug in sink. Bath tub did not drain properly. Toilet did not flush properly. The metal bed frames creak very loudly when you move. No attendant at front desk when calling at 11pm. No follow up from front desk about complaints after a face to face complaint was filed. Complaint was not resolved. Upon checkout complaints were filed again, with front desk person who wrote nothing down, did not offer any sort of resolution, did not comply when asked to give contact information for upper mgmt.

Who needs a view when it's right on the wall?... I'm in a newly remodeled 2nd floor room at this location under construction. This is clear from the lot, the facility, and other reviews, so be kind! The updates are an amazing transformation from my stay years ago. From furniture, flooring, art, and minor updates that work for the dreamers... hurried... ADD, etc., you get a bargain here. The switch to open-faced cubbies with USB connections are amazing for those who spend a lot of time double- and triple-checking drawers. Open cubbies keeps everything visible and makes unpacking less painful. Love the new flooring (no dirty carpet), and quiet to boot. Check-in was a warm breeze! Thank you!

Upon arrival, we had no pillows in our room. The man at the front desk went into multiple rooms to find us some pillows, and after a half hour, came back with only 2 with no pillow cases. The hallway smelled like a gym class locker room, the TV didn't work, and the AC unit was in the fritz, and only worked when it wanted to. They offered us nothing to make up for the not so pleasant stay that was supposed to be a relaxing weekend. Instead it was a struggle to be comfortable and unenjoyable. I'm honestly in disbelief that when I mentioned all of this to the persons at the front desk, they just shrugged like it wasn't their problem, and they didn't want to be bothered with it.

SUPERB experience! We were checked in by congenial front desk staff. Our room was wonderful!!! As we travel with our dogs, we needed a ‘pet friendly’ room. It was perfect! There were linoleum floors, no carpet, and clean, very clean. We will definitely be back at this hotel when we are in the area! A gem in the La Quinta hotel line!

Called early specifically to see if we could check in early to get ready for a wedding. The employee assured us anytime after 2PM there was no charge. Arrive at 2:15 and the front desk employee told us ‘he lied’. Not sure how that’s our fault but here we are with additional charges.

This hotel is right off the highway on the Wisconsin border close to Walgreens and restaurants. Well lit at night, upon arrival was greeted by friendly staff and was happy with my room which was updated and clean. My room was more than I expected based on the reviews and the price. There is also free breakfast with delicious hot waffles that they make for you. Way better service than I expected based on my stays at similar hotels. Not sure why ppl are posting such negative reviews, place was great based on location, cleanliness, price and service. Would definitely come again.

Very loud, electric outlets by the sink didn't work. Gave us a full size mattress, didn't know hotels still used full size mattress, never again. Traveled from AZ to WI and this is the worst hotel yet.

After reading the reviews we were hesitant to stay here but I'm glad we did. the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Rooms actually have Smart TV'S in them Which has nice since I'm stuck in the room While my husband Was at work. Outside looks like it could be Sketchy but I never felt unsafe. The do have hot Breakfeast in the mornings which was good. we would definately stay again. Thank you, The Gann's

Decent price and they have a free breakfast, which isnt too bad. Unfortunately the rooms, while nice and generally clean, are not very soundproof and you can hear almost everyone in the next room or while in the halls. They do allow pets here, which is nice for some I guess, but they need to start washing the duvet covers after every guest, because I was wondering why I had dog hair all over me when I had just been in the same room a night before (1 night inbetween I had left and gotten the same room by chance) I'm also allergic to dogs. So that's a negative and something management should consider telling their staff, even though I'm sure it's a hassel and they try to save money everywhere.

My room was alright, maybe a little dated, but it was good for the price I paid. It had basic channels on the tv, but there were other options like connecting your phone and using apps. Fan in bathroom should probably be updated. The heater in the room worked well and the linen were comfy. The staff were nice. The breakfast was good, but I only had a waffle. They maybe can use some more options, but what they had for selection was alright, too. I would stay here again.

🫤 I'm not sure how this hotel has so many good reviews. Even though it's remodeled, it was poorly done, and it already looks grungy. There is a strong smell of cigarette smoke when you come in through the back entrance. Our room had a very strong chemical smell, maybe from the flooring or something....
