I must say, the lady that was doing the breakfast was just absolutely INCREDIBLE! The food was good and she made sure the utensils used for dishing up the food were consistently cleaned after being used. Her overall energy and pride she took to make sure it looked clean, sanitary and presentable was unmatched by any place we have probably ever stayed. I regret not getting her name, but I hope if you stay here that you are least offer her a small tip or token of appreciation for her hard work. The hotel was great, but she alone made it absolutely worth every single penny we paid to stay here, which was very reasonable to begin with!

It was nice. The only thing that I didn't like was that I couldn't close the drapes because they were only decorative and had a single panel on each side of the window. I was on the 3rd floor with a jacuzzi, but you should be able to close the drapes for privacy even if you are on the 3rd floor. The sun comes in the room in the am hours, and it's irritating. Reply to your comment- I saw the decorative curtains which was a single panel on each side of the window and the white sheer curtains, which had large rip in it. I lifted them both up and away from the window, looking for black out curtains to close and I didn't see any. This is in the Kenosha WI hotel, besides the curtain issue. I really enjoyed the room and especially the jacuzzi. The room was clean and a nice place to stay. Its why I gave it 4 stars.

Boogers on the bathroom door, broken handle in the bathtub with sharp edges, beds were hard, stains on the couch, mini fridge was noisey, and pillows were too small and soft. Had to make 'reservations' for the pool. Breakfast was OK. Rooms were pretty soundproof and doors didn't slam shut. Definitely not worth the price we paid for this hotel, regardless of it being over a holiday weekend.

Old Hotel needs a lot of updates. Very loud (outside, AC in the bathroom, fridge...). Unfriendly staff. It is unbelievable that "diningware" is plastic only (see pics). Every item is packed in plastic.... folks, we have 2023 and look more for reusable stuff. Our environment will thank you!! Only really healthy parts are apples and bananas.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Gave it a fair shot and stayed twice. First time the lobby smelled like weed and there was a creepy guy sitting there that seemed to be with the person working at the desk. Beds were terribly uncomfortable but besides that it was an average-ish place. Gave it another try hoping it was just a bad first impression. Wrong. Came into the room and found that the toilet... wasn't flushed since the last bowel movement was made in it. How can housekeeping have properly cleaned the room and bathroom if that is the case?? Then there was unbelievably loud music coming from the room across the hall, loud enough to hear it all the way down the hall to the lobby and further. Staff did nothing about it. Then there was the obvious smell of weed through the hallway yet again, and the music started again by 9am. Again, staff did nothing. I don't expect diamond status at a low price hotel, but I expect to have a clean room and to be able to sleep without it sounding like I'm in a club and getting a contact high when I step out of the room. I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me. Zero stars.

It is a nice hotel. King rooms are spacious, but, next time I'll get a 2 qu room, due to more natural light. The gym worked for me, the pool is nice, especially if you have kids.

Front staff (Misty) was very helpful and friendly and breakfast lady (Sara) was fast very polite and professional. The breakfast selection was very good. The pool/hot tub/fitness center area was nice. The only down side was that the bathroom fan developed a squeal that sounded an awful lot like Daniel Stern in home alone when he was being electrocuted. Other wise room was very nice.

I stayed here with my family for the holidays recently, this location was perfect between Kenosha and Chicago; so we could go to both parades and my kids could have fun dancing and celebrating their heritage. All the housekeeping were absolutely lovely, we loved speaking with them in Spanish, we don't get to do that too much anymore nowadays. It was a breath of fresh air anytime we walked into the hotel with all the smiles and welcomes we got. The breakfast was absolutely perfect! It tasted so good we might just have to stay again just to have Sarah's amazing food. All of the people at front desk were always so wonderful and they would be patient with my papi who struggled with English at times. Mistydawn tried her best and even tho she says she speaks little Spanish, she was able to hold a decent conversation with us! Later on in the evening tho, we had noticed another person behind the desk who always seemed to be sitting down and on her phone. She was limping when she moved so I understand needing to sit down, but being on her phone as much as she was was not only disrespectful towards us as guests or anyone at that matter but especially to her coworkers who had to do everything almost. We sat in the lobby waiting for our ride and she would answer the phone every once in awhile and would stand up a few times to greet guests and then right back down to her phone . I hope the managers see this and commend misty for all the hard work she does. Always with a smile on her face, and willing to learn another language to help other guests is always an amazing feat. So proud of her!! We will be coming back in the future to stay and will be waiting to see her again and see what more she has learned!!

The service I received from the front desk was above and beyond what I normally encountered. It was very pleasant, accommodating, with a generous amount of care. I normally would not be so forth giving , but needed to express my gratitude. Thanks

I had a clerk her name was Misty Dawn. What a great clerk and went out of her way to help me with a reservation. I was told I couldn’t get in early She went out of her way to try and get the time I needed to rendezvous with my husband coming from Chicago. The hotel itself is very clean and accommodates all of our needs. Great place to stay !

What a nice Country Inn and Suites. It was very clean and well taken care of. The desk staff was friendly. The pool area: It was clean and the pool was clear and not too cold. The hot tub was very hot (yes!!) and all the jets worked with plenty of pressure. There also was a nice shower in the pool area. Plenty of clean towels available. There was a good exercise area too. The room: The bed was comfortable and the furniture was all in good shape. It had a mini fridge, microwave and a coffee pot. A full bathtub and shower combination. The sofa bed was good. The room had two tvs with many channels. The bedroom separates from sitting area with a door. The Breakfast: It was nice with many choices. They had cold cereal and hot oatmeal with toppings. Scrambled eggs with sausage and biscuits snd gravy. Yogurt, hard boiled eggs and a variety of breads for toasting. Coffee, juices and milk were available. I enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again. Only negative, it is very close to highway and if road noise bothers you then bring earplugs.

We have never been treated more rudely. We received a call to our room accusing us of smoking in our room, we are nonsmoker and have been for years. The person at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. There was no hot water and the bathtub would not drain
