I'd rather shop online. Very basic selection of Pumas. I wouldn't advise to go here if you looking for some actual sauce

Sneaker selection was minimal and prices were not great.

Poor selection, the only 2 items I was somewhat interested in were on a "sale" rack but when scanned they came up with no discount. Left empty-handed.

Puma Products are always excellent. However, the shipping and customer service is horrible. I place an order over a month ago. Received an email that stated it was shipped 2 weeks ago. Go to FedEx to track and they state it's pending. Its been Pending for two weeks. Pending means that the vendor (Puma) has printed the label but hasn't shipped the item. I call Puma Customer Service, they tell me a different date of arrival from the email. So I waited a week for the day they told me. I called them back and now they gave me a different date of arrival and to call them if I don't receive it. Yet the FedEx Tracking still shows Pending. At this point, I just want my $75 back and I'll go buy from Nike. This is just frustrating. Good product if you can get it, just don't depend on any help from them if you don't.
