    My son and I stopped at a store just across the parking lot, grabbed what we needed and went back out to my truck to leave.... and my truck wouldn't start, dead battery. I stopped at a couple of the other shops and everyone dismissed me. My last hope was At&t and boy did they deliver. I initially spoke with a woman, I feel terrible for not getting her name, and then John was heading out for the day and offered to jump start my truck for me. I have At&t as my phone provider and have never been disappointed but this was truly above and beyond excellent customer service and truly an act of kindness. Today is my son's 9th birthday and the kind people at this location, including John, really saved the day! I can't thank you enough for your efforts! John

    Every time I go to this location in pleasant prairie I feel welcomed, always get help right away . If anyone is looking to switch to AT&T you will not regret it . Service is great and staff is awesome . I recommend you ask for Stephanie or Dan . If you go to this location!

    As soon as me and my mother walked in Alex greeted us and took care of us as we were there to upgrade for the IPhone 15's. He provided excellent customer service, was patient, and gave us good information. Definitely would like to continue working with Alex when we visit the location.

    In all my years of having a mobile phone. This particular store is awesome, friendly, very helpful and clear. The level of service and personality is just the best I've seen in decades. Love this particular ATT&T store. Every staff member has the customer in mind!! Matt, Stephanie, Cindy … every staff member has your interest in mind. You can count on great interactions with them.

    Pam had been such a phenomenal help. She went above & beyond to help me & I am so grateful for her patience! Thank you so much for your help, Pam! You are the best! I would recommend this AT&T location to anyone! I also saw very satisfied customers leave the store that were helped by other employees, so you can tell this store & their employees are really passionate & care for their customers.

    Dan is an exceptional rep. Always takes care of customers as if they are family. Beautiful office with great location and access. Issues are always resolved here with top notch customer service. Thank you guys. Highly recommend this location for all your wireless needs

    I always get great service and suggestions at this location. They aren't all about the $ and getting the sale, they are about building long-lasting and trustworthy relationships with their customers which gets them more sales in the long run. This is why they've been my one and only provider whose assistance and going above and beyond have helped in so many ways.

    Adrian Schupp did a fantastic job with customer service support for my family in a very difficult situation where my son came in to process a claim for a replacement phone from our insurance plan purchased from an alternative AT&T outlet some years ago. A store in Kenosha had handled our needs very poorly up in Kenosha the day before, but Adrian stuck with us and made it right. He actually stayed later than store hours to make sure our needs were completely met. I can not say enough good things about his commitment representing AT&T. A BIG THANK YOU TO ADRIAN SCHUPP!!!

    I stopped in the store today and worst service ever. A young lady attempted to help me but it was quite apparent that once she figured I wasn’t buying a new phone she could give a hoot about the problem I was having with my phone. She became increasingly frustrated when I didn’t catch on to her very fast explanations of her guessing why my phone wasn’t working. I’m 67 and guessing she was 25 with her long nails and attitude. Between my self and my wife we have bought 6-7 phones each over the years ( probably more)not to mention our monthly bill to AT&T. But to be treated like absolute garbage is not the way to do business. I do like AT&T, but I will never work with this woman ever again, I don’t care if I have to wait for 2 hours to see someone else.

    Albert is the best rep in the business! Quality service and a smile. He tries his best to help you save money and time. I've used all the bug 3 mobile companies, AT&T has the most usable signal in my opinion.

    Amazing customer service. It was really a pleasure to work with them. They went above and beyond to help me change my phone and internet from a different company. Their technician even solved a problem I was having for YEARS with my phones because he wouldn’t give up until it was perfect. I am extremely happy. I couldn’t have done any of this in the time frame I needed if it was not for the manager, Kyle. He is truly an asset.

    Firstly, I just wanna spotlight on how great this store is doing by following COVID safety practices. During my visit I was treated so respectfully in particularly by Russell. He was very helpful with introducing me to different promos and savings. He was knowledgeable on everything. Thank you for a comfortable and outgoing visit and not being a pushy sales guy! You rock.

    I have been a Verizon customer twenty years. After receiving bad service several times I decided to switch not just my line from Verizon but my husband‘s line from Boost and my son’s line from Sprint as well as another family member’s line. I also bought a brand new phone and switched everyone over to AT&T at the Pleasant Prairie store. I will tell you that Russell was fantastic. As you can imagine, doing all of this took a ton of effort. He remained positive the entire time . And he verified that everything worked properly for all 4 phones. He was amazing! Good bye Verizon. Hello AT&T!

    This store is busy but very well run. My visit was midweek. I was greeted, signed in and advised of a short wait time. Within a few minutes I was assisted with my phone upgrade. I am very satisfied with the customer service I received.

    We switched over from Verizon after 20 years. Pam made the transition extremely easy and smooth. She answered all of our questions and set up our new account without issue. Highly recommend Pam and the team in this location.

😠 This is a review about the company not the store. Your rates have more than doubled in the last 3 years. You are actually a monopoly in our area which is illegal by law. I see that you raised your rates yet again. Just wait until the competition comes here.... And the service sucks.
