I
recently
purchased
a
top
at
the
Gurnee
Mills
store
when
I
was
on
an
overnight
girls
shopping
weekend.
I
was
told
no
returns
only
exchanges,
tags
must
be
on,
receipt
present
and
must
be
within
30
days.
Got
it!!
I
get
the
top
home
and
it
doesn’t
fit.
Good
thing
the
staff
at
the
Gurnee
store
said
I
could
return
the
item
at
the
much
closer
store
to
my
house-which
is
still
45
minutes
away
from
my
house.
I
finally
have
a
chance
to
go
and
make
a
special
trip
to
the
Pleasant
Prairie
store
to
exchange
the
top
to
make
sure
I’m
within
the
30
days!
I
get
to
the
store-find
another
top
to
exchange
it
with
go
to
the
counter.
The
staff
says
I
can’t
take
this
item
at
the
store.
Ummmm
why???
Well
we
don’t
have
this
item
on
our
shelves
here
so
we
can’t
take
it.
It’s
the
same
store?
Well
yes
it
is
I
was
told
but
we
don’t
carry
the
same
“styles”.
This
item
has
a
green
tag
as
a
style
and
we
only
carry
the
purple
tag
style.
I
don’t
understand
it’s
the
same
store.
I’m
sure
you
have
someone
that
goes
between
the
2
stores.
Yes
I
was
told
but
they
still
can’t
because
we
can’t
just
put
it
on
our
racks.
Makes
absolutely
NO
sense!
It’s
the
same
store!!
So
my
trip
to
this
store
was
a
complete
waste
of
my
time
even
though
I
was
told
I
could
bring
it
back
to
the
store
that
was
close.
I
said
to
the
staff
after
I
decided
to
call
the
Gurnee
store
to
see
if
I
really
needed
to
do
this…this
is
just
really
inconvenient-she
said
yes
you
do
and
she
replies…it’s
just
really
inconvenienced
on
both
ends
yours
and
ours.
Now
I
have
to
make
another
special
trip
to
Gurnee
which
hoping
can
happen
within
the
30
day
rule!
I
wouldn’t
even
give
this
store
a
1
star
but
I
had
to!
I
don’t
recommend
this
store
whatsoever.
