Drove a good distance to buy scrubs. I even checked online for store hours before I left my house. Arrived at the store only to find them closed for inventory or something of that nature. Employees were all at the counter smiling and looking at me strangely while I read the note saying they were closed. Have these people ever heard of after hours working???? Completely and utterly annoyed to a point where I will NEVER be back and will NOT recommend this place to anyone. Obviously this place doesn’t need to make sales to keep its doors open. Oh well. That’s on them.

This experience was totally lacking in customer service. First, I practically had to beg for a dressing room, despite there only being one other customer in the store. When she let me in the dressing room, she made it clear that I was to return any unwanted items to the sales floor and NOT leave them in the dressing room. And their return policy? Or should I say, lack thereof, is posted ALL OVER the store. Exchanges only, tags must still be on, must have receipt, must be within 30 days. Just in case it's not clear, they have you initial your receipt acknowledging their policy. I will NEVER be returning. I will go to the Scrubs store in Racine. They have good service and more reasonable prices.

Sunday afternoon. Gloomy. The wife needs new uniforms. Gotta find a place to park. Check. Head to the store. Clerk is playing around with her mobile device ... No greeting for the lowly customers. No offer to help find a particular size or style. That's strike 1 & 2... See pics for strike 3. Absolutely unacceptable.

I recently purchased a top at the Gurnee Mills store when I was on an overnight girls shopping weekend. I was told no returns only exchanges, tags must be on, receipt present and must be within 30 days. Got it!! I get the top home and it doesn’t fit. Good thing the staff at the Gurnee store said I could return the item at the much closer store to my house-which is still 45 minutes away from my house. I finally have a chance to go and make a special trip to the Pleasant Prairie store to exchange the top to make sure I’m within the 30 days! I get to the store-find another top to exchange it with go to the counter. The staff says I can’t take this item at the store. Ummmm why??? Well we don’t have this item on our shelves here so we can’t take it. It’s the same store? Well yes it is I was told but we don’t carry the same “styles”. This item has a green tag as a style and we only carry the purple tag style. I don’t understand it’s the same store. I’m sure you have someone that goes between the 2 stores. Yes I was told but they still can’t because we can’t just put it on our racks. Makes absolutely NO sense! It’s the same store!! So my trip to this store was a complete waste of my time even though I was told I could bring it back to the store that was close. I said to the staff after I decided to call the Gurnee store to see if I really needed to do this…this is just really inconvenient-she said yes you do and she replies…it’s just really inconvenienced on both ends yours and ours. Now I have to make another special trip to Gurnee which hoping can happen within the 30 day rule! I wouldn’t even give this store a 1 star but I had to! I don’t recommend this store whatsoever.

No one answers the phone it says they are open and the mailbox is full try back I’ve tried for 2 hours

Online hours are incorrect. Came back not once, but TWICE to make an exchange with no luck. Called and someone is inside, but won't allow me to come in for another 45 minutes. She acknowledged hours online are incorrect. She knows I've been back once already, but won't make an exception and allow me in to exchange what I've already purchased. I do not have time to wait. Guess I'll start the opening of our new restaurant with pants that don't fit.

I went in a couple weeks ago to get a few scrub pants and I accidentally picked a few out that were in the petite size (I didnt even know until Linda asked if that's what I was looking for) she grabbed the average sizes for me. I asked if they carried red scrub pants in that brand and they didn't (which was no big deal, wasn't even worried about it). Today, I went to pick up a pant I ordered (different color) and Linda went out of her way to hold a red colored scrub pant in my size and favorite brand (without me asking for it). I was astonished and so greatful. I didn't even ask her to do that! That was the best customer service I have ever recieved by far!! Thank you Linda for the awesome experience these past 2 times I've been there!!

I love this store for my scrubs, but I just tried to exchange a pair of pants that unfortunately are to big, and the tag got accidentally ripped off and I had explained to the lady it ripped off accidentally and she still wouldnt allow me to exchange them. I had the tag with me. It really sucks she couldn't help me out. The pants are in great condition too. :(

If I could give ZERO I would! Second time I drove an hour to purchase scrubs all too find a cashier twirling her hair to say their internet is down and can't take cards! Funny no other store is having an issue. It seems the cashier saw the large crowds and made an excuse to keep customers out. Who carries cash nowadays, not safe! I will never make the mistake to drive there again! Horrible customer service, the store is so small and always hot and there is never a good selection.... Even if there was you couldn't buy it! 😠
