Ben the Store Manager was MORE than accommodating when I shipped my Lamborghini wheels and McLaren wheels. Found ways to save me money, help me package and use their supplies. Thank you for going above and beyond Ben.

If you live in an apartment or condo you can forget about having your package delivered in a timely fashion. I swear, it's like the drivers see multiple doors and all of the sudden lose the ability to read an address or ring a doorbell! I've have SEVERAL delivery issues with this company or I would not have given a poor review but this is a recurring issue! I will say that their Customer Service is moderately helpful when dealing with the delivery issues.

Seems my sense of lack of customer service is shared by many at this location. The pure lack of trying or any motivation by Linda (the manager) to try and resolve my issue. My issue was with trying to send a box in it's merch container instead of a shipping container. I honestly didn't know the rules so I got the original shipping box. This still wasn't correct considering it needed to be even larger. I think Linda was trying to upsell boxes and packing material, putting sales in front of support. If you have a choice, stay away from this location. The location in Racine is much more friendly and reasonable. No issues printing my shipping label or my package.

Best FedEx shop ever, I have my own business and I ship through this location almost every week. They are friendly and trustworthy people.

Maria was a very helpful and enjoyable employee. She along with the other employees made it a painless and even enjoyable interaction. Everything was explained well and I was treated kindly and patiently. Maria provided personal and professional treatment above and beyond what I've experienced in any other retail and especially shipping service environment. Unquestionably an asset to creating and keeping return customers.

Trying to print a large file, Sharnette created the file and items in the file for me off my idea and a small drawing I gave her. She went way out of their way to make it perfect. She was awesome to deal with!!!!

I received fantastic service from Sam earlier today when I went there. Not only was she knowledgeable in printing, paper options and the new services that FedEx offers that I didn’t know about , she was able to guide me and show me ways to save ($40) on a small- medium print job. She was courteous, polite and patient while my USB and email was taking longer than usual to retrieve the file I wanted to print. Highly recommend this place because of Sam and her service! Great job Sam!

I think they should stay open until 9pm because we always need the printed items for the next day and everytime we always never make it time for our stuff

Absolutely terrible experience. Called to notify associate I was running a few minutes behind to pick up an order 15 minutes before store closing. Got to store at 7:01 and was refused to be given a prepaid order for pickup because I was a minute after closing. No compassion/no customer service. In fact, lady was beyond rude to me. That’s why I called. Order was done. Instead the associate would rather waste my gas and time coming back the next morning. What type of place treats customers this way? Go to OfficeMax a few miles down the road. I know I will be.

I had a huge print & lamination project for an upcoming event and was struggling a bit with executing it. Sam stepped in, provided suggestions and consistently checked in to ensure I was making progress. I would not have finished it without her. I can't thank her enough for her time, patience, sincerity, and exceptional customer service.
