The staff was very busy on their cell phones. When we entered the store nobody acknowledged us or greeted us. Everyone was so busy checking their phones probably nobody noticed us coming. On asking to find another size of the shirt I liked the guy walks around looking at his cell phone and comes back and says there is no other size. He did not see that I was observing him. Also there is a safety issue at this store. The fire sprinkler and smoke alaram sensor are covered with dust and I think it will not go off in case of a fire. See pics

Good prices for an outlet Great deals on certain days Bad thing is the sales people. Six people in line and only one cashier until the end one girl helped out but by the we had waited around ten 10 minutes!! We had a coupon and the guy couldn’t get it to work and was telling me a shirt costed $X and I knew he was lying to my face I had to correct him and point him to the sign. Eventually we got the coupon to work but it took too much work for the cashier guy to get it done. Advice: MORE CASHIERS ON WEEKENDS!!

I love polo all I wear is polo from white t-shirts to my underwear lol. Polo has great clothes and I'll continue to buy polo. The only concern is that there is alot of kids who work at polo and never seem to be working they are always talking and don't greet anyone who walks in even the managers aren't doing anything. Seems like kids run the place and all employees just hang out. Other than that great clothes

Store was nice, but the employees were dedicated to discussing vacation times rather than greet customers. I looked around and left.

New store manager refused to exchange my new $115 dress shirt for a larger size because he didn’t know how to view my purchase history in their computer and print my receipt. After being turned away, I went to the store at Gurnee Mills and the manager easily found my receipt. If you’re from Wisconsin, it’s worth the additional 10 minute drive to go to Gurnee Mills because their store is more organized and the staff are way friendlier.

Very Horrible customer service instead of helping they sat around talking smh I won't go back!!!

Frustrating experience at this store. We heard a salesman tell a group of customers that hoodies on a particular display were 40% off, with an additional 25% off with a coupon code that an employee could help them get. When he talked to us, he said it was 40% off, with an additional 15% for signing up for marketing text messages. Not sure why others were told 25% and we were told 15%. Also, the sale signs had said 30% off until the salesman changed them all to 40% near the end of the day. Huh? We bought a hoodie, and it rang up over $20 more than what it should've been based on those discounts. When we checked the receipt, the hoodie that had a tag of $110 inexplicably rang up at $148. That makes absolutely no sense. How does a regular price of $110 on a tag change to $148 in the system? What a ripoff and a scam. We immediately got back in line, told a different cashier that we were overcharged, but he had no idea what to do about it. We ended up waiting for the same cashier who rang us up, and she manually re-rang the transaction so that the price was finally correct. No "I'm sorry about that" or anything. We wonder how many customers were overcharged and didn't even know it. Is this the way this store always operates and cheats customers?

Nice selection, I didn't like that some of the items didn't have prices on them, and I couldn't find anyone to help me.

Stopped in today, my husband purchased a few items at a great price. Lots of staff, not overly engaging but fine. The staff did a great job making the product look perfect. Someone actually needs to clean the floor and dust fixtures. The dust bunnies were terrible.

Customer service was great locating a different size and contacting another store!

A bit pricey for an outlet store, but every now and then they have good sales. Every time I go there’s always good selection and service is good, you just might have trouble figuring out who is an employee, but they are helpful once you find one..
