I
always
had
a
great
experience
at
this
store
until
today.
I
think
there
is
a
new
manager
and
she
doesn’t
seem
to
know
what
she
is
doing.
She
ripped
me
off.
I
ordered
items
online
and
accidentally
paid
through
paypal
using
my
debit
card.
I
meant
to
use
my
paypal
credit
card.
The
money
was
taken
directly
from
my
checking
account.
When
I
realized
what
I
had
done,
I
contacted
customer
service
online
and
they
reordered
the
items
for
me
using
the
correct
payment
method
and
told
me
I
could
return
the
original
order.
I
went
to
return
the
original
purchase
to
get
my
money
put
back
onto
my
debit
card
and
the
manager
at
the
time
told
me
that
she
would
give
me
a
merchandise
card
and
wouldn’t
give
me
my
money
back.
When
I
told
her
I
was
confused
by
this
she
said
she
would
honor
it
to
me
this
one
time...
then
she
gave
me
less
back.
I
paid
$38.49
for
the
item
and
she
gave
me
$34.54
back.
I
just
contacted
customer
service
online
to
help
me
return
the
other
two
items
on
that
order
at
another
store
location
since
she
was
unwilling
to
help
me
get
the
full
amount
of
money
back
that
was
taken
from
my
checking
with
the
one
item
(I
left
the
other
two
items
at
home
in
Milwaukee
on
accident
and
need
to
return
those
still).
PLUS
I
feel
like
I’m
going
to
have
to
print
up
a
bank
statement
to
prove
that
she
screwed
me
over
since
I
have
no
receipt
from
her
of
the
money
given
back
to
me.
I’m
very
upset
that
someone
would
steal
from
me
like
this
and
give
me
a
hard
time
about
it
to
top
it
off!
😠
NOT
a
good
manager
change
at
all!!
