Have only been here twice and this past Superbowl was the first time ordering ahead of time online and they did great. The pizza here is excellent, prices are reasonable, staff is friendly and this small family-owned Harbor venue is kept clean/sanitized. Always try my best to support local-owned businesses especially during these dark days and they provided prompt service, food was hot and ready at my designated pickup time right before the big game. I'm sort of a pizza connoisseur so unfortunately I don't get here as much as I should since I eat from various pizza parlors all over the county, the rest of the Chicago area and across the WI border as well. Roma, keep on making that delicious pizza and Italian food and I'll keep coming back!

First time having this pizza and must say it’s a top tier pizza. Now this is a Deep Deep Dish pizza, the pizza is very thick and filling. 1-2 slices and you’ll be full, loads of cheese too! Very underrated pizza and deserves more recognition.

Features delivery in the immediate area of the location, carry-out, and catering options though you'll need to plan in advance for that I believe. Small location however, so be aware of limited parking and dine-in not really being an option. The food is quite tasty in my own experience and opinion. Cheese is not greasy and they have a good selection of different food for folks that may not want pizza, such as sandwiches and chicken options. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place if you're in the area!

We order quite a bit. Their food is somewhere in the middle for me yet we enjoy and are grateful we have this option. I like the Italian beef the best as I like it sort of unseasoned. Yet a couple of times we have called and they have chosen to say outrageous things . Quite a turnoff. I guess it’s a prediction for them others will see them as ridiculous, coming from one honest lady to? I’m just a little tired of everyday silliness. It’s reasons such as that this country is on the backslide. Apologize please and make it right for your customers who are grateful ,now I wonder why I was grateful for you.

Oh my goodness... Awesome food. I have been in Kenosha for 3 years and all the pizza stinks. We had The Works with regular crust and it was perfect and that's coming from a deep dish lover. The chicken parm sandwich and meat sauce is also amazingly good. The fries are great, they seem to be lightly battered, yum. The CS is also very good, all the way down to the delivery driver.

Best pizza ever. We live in Kenosha and order here all the time. Its a classic and the people that work there are always super nice. Great customer service and wonderful food.

Pizza on a whole other level! Sauce is delicious. Toppings are plentiful. Crust is perfect. Even arrived way faster than we anticipated. Plan on ordering The Works every time we're in town.

Horrible communication between the drivers and kitchen. You get a pizza in 30 mins and the rest of your 60 dollar order doesn't show up. Call the place and they are inept-totally! Drivers great-Hub no so! Disappointed with the experience tonight. Not bias- girls answering the phone there could give two hoots if there is an issue. Owners feel free to reach out.

The owner is super friendly, pizza is really good, and the prices are fair! I ordered the works pizza (regular crust, no bacon and half no green peppers) and a small cheese pizza (thin crust). Both were exactly what I wanted! The cheese on the cheese pizza had a ton of flavor so it was able to work without any additional toppings. I will be ordering from them again.

Friendly staff very welcoming. Great tasting pizza with just the right amount of cheese and sauce. Italian beef sandwiches are delicious as well. I'm impressed with the food as well as the employees.

Our hidden gem. I feel you can't go wrong with any pick from this establishment. But for a little extra security don't you forget it's called ROMA PIZZA&"PASTA". Basically what I'm saying s try the pasta you won't be disappointed

Was a bit hesitant at first. Gave them a call yesterday, great service! The woman even told me about the specials. The pizza was done right on time and was so good! I will definitely be coming back soon!

Been going to Roma and or receiving their deliveries since 1996. The pizza, pasta dinners, chicken wings and deserts are extraordinary. Highly respected and recommended Italian foods can be found at Roma. Staff and Owners are a treat to talk to. 5 stars

5-stars for a delicious Italian beef sandwich. We have not tried many other things from the menu, because the Italian beef is what we keep going back for. There is the option to have it with or without mozzarella cheese, grilled onions & peppers. Yum! It also includes a small au jus sauce, and pepperoncini peppers. The staff is always very friendly, and I love the online ordering option.

I had a salad, fried mushrooms and French fries. The salad was good and a nice size. Was a good balance of other veggies to lettuce so I was pleased. The mushrooms were not good. The outside coating was soft. The fries were really good

Roma’s is a diamond in the rough. Best pizza and pasta in the area. I always get their thin crust with giardiniera and cheese ravioli with vodka sauce. I’ve been ordering here for a while and they have never disappointed. Delivery is always worth it too

Been ordering from here for years and the last few times we've ordered food I've been disappointed with the service. Little surprised when I ordered a spaghetti dinner and asked the difference between prices of sausage or meatball with my dinner, and the girl responded with you know, a meatball is round and a sausage is long then laughed. At the same time I could hear other staff in the background laughing. When placing an order tonight for food I was told it'll be ready for pickup in 20-25 minutes. Wasn"t to happy when I arrived to pickup my food just to wait another 20 minutes. I understand restaurants get busy but tell your customers when taking their orders were a little busy tonight and orders are a little backed up. Not 20-25 minutes

It sell good pizza and very good sweets !! Not a dine in place, always good on timing, very good delivery service... Phone service is NOT so good, having a person explaining nothing about the product or showing to be tired or in bad mood WILL scare clients away for sure, BUT over all they get the stars above for the quality of each order so far in my side of the deal... Restroom inside, NO HANDYCAP PARKING. Prices, on the pizza fare enough, on the sweets well way to far up on the price.
