Excellent selection, neatly organised store and super friendly and helpful staff.

Horrible, horrible service. The two girls that worked there were completely clueless. Absolutely rude. They didn’t even answer questions properly. If I could give them lower than one star, I would. I have no idea how they even got a job at the store. These girls wouldn’t know how to talk to a brick wall, let alone customers. I asked the girl named Erin if I could get a box for a shoe which was on display and she scoffed at me and stared at me like I was the idiot. If I’m spending my hard earned money at this store, I should at least get some basic respect. Even the review from the past comment on the terrible service. They should at least attempt to hire a good person or leave the store to competent employees. I will never come back here.

Terrible service. Rude, argumentative and unwilling to help you. When I withdrew from the conversation, because the girl was so rude (on two occasions now) instead of showing some remorse she gave me a disgusting look and made me feel like I have to rush and leave. I have been a Clarks customer for years but have to rethink after such service.

The deals are always worth the trip. The store is clean and the customer service is always great.
