The office is clean and well laid out with a friendly open feel. The receptionist was professional and kind. Becca was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated her skill at performing the tests and helping me understand my hearing loss. She gave me the information I needed to make the right choice in choosing my hearing aids.

I had used another product for several years and never found them to work very well. I gave up using them much to my wife's dismay. I heard (ha) about the new phone and music connect and if it worked it would be great. Well it did, and i could not be anymore pleased with the new units. The office in Kenosha is great. Very little wait to get them adjusted as i would like. Great staff full five stars.

Ever since I bought my hearing aids two years ago at Connect Hearing in Kenosha, they have given me valuable and excellent service. It's been easy for me to get appointments and take my concerns seriously. I have been very pleased with them.

The hearing aids I purchased are wonderful and they work great. Unfortunately I can only give Connect Hearing one star is they refused to submit the bill to my insurance company (United Healthcare who referred me to Connect Hearing) and made me pay for the hearing aids out of my own pocket and submit the bill on my own to the insurance company. They cost me $2,000 each where the insurance cost would have been $1425 each. I ended up paying $1,150 more than I should have by using my co-pay from United Healthcare. Use caution when dealing with Connect Hearing!

I’ve been wearing hearing aids for 30 yrs and visited Connect Hearing for a new pair. My appointment went very well, I was able to try the newest Hearing Aid and was very pleased with my visit.
