I have found this place on eBay by receiving a notification of a new item in the section Pandora charms and I am so glad I did. The price the charm was posted was a little bit higher for me but the listing it did have a “best offer” option so I send an offer and I received a counter offer, still a little bit not in my price range , so I send the offer again and I was waiting, meantime how I saw it’s a pawn shop I started to google it and guess what I have found the store and gave them a call. The person who answered, Tom, was very very nice and polite and he was extremely helpful giving me a good deal on my Pandora charm that I wanted so much :)! Thank you so much for everything Tom , you are the BEST ! The customer service of this store was way way beyond my expectations for being a pawn shop. I have been in a couple of pawn shops and the employees there are just careless and rude, but not here , here I had the best experience ever. My husband tried this place when we were experiencing a challenging situation. It was a while before we were able to go back and get the merchandise we wasn’t sure if it was still there But when while driving by we stopped to check and it was pending to be sold but no money was given so the owner not only canceled the pending order but he lowered the price for my husband. These people are superb. I needed to pawn several things. I did not know which of the three pawn shops was the best. So, I decided to pawn something at each of the pawn shops, all three of them. I had my items in each of them for several months. OH MY GOD, all three pawn shops are NOT all the same. This one, the people are kind, polite, respectful, and honest. Just want to say thank you. Between how welcoming they are from the moment you walk in the customer service they provide and how they go out of their way to help you. I have taken a loan during a very hard time and I should have picked up within a few weeks but they went above and beyond in helping me by extending me time and time again as well as giving me a deal I couldn’t pass up when it came time to pick up. I randomly found this place while desperately searching for a prop we needed for a school play. They had EXACTLY what I needed (and for a price that was totally reasonable!). The guys were super quick to reply to my emails and when I went to get it they were incredibly nice, pleasant, and funny... and the item was exactly what was described. I'll continue checking out their online postings in search of more awesome stuff, if only for an excuse to visit again! (Seriously, I loved these guys!)

These guys are awesome. I got strapped for cash and got a pretty generous loan. I picked up my watches a couple weeks later. If you are in to watches these guys know their stuff. They even showed me a couple, a moon watch, Breitling, had a good talk and a good time. Use these guys.
