This chain does not stand behind its product. Thought my wife's wedding ring 16 months ago. Already one stone lost and other prongs on the ring damaged. It was worn as any typical woman would wear a ring and not abused. When we went to have it fixed, we're told it is our responsibility to pay as the warranty was already up. For those of you who wish to purchase through someone who does not back their product feel free. My money will go elsewhere. Super disappointed with this establishment, but later found out they are associated with Jared. Food for thought, purchase jewelry from a professional Jeweler and not some strip mall sideshow.

This is my only and favorite jewelry store, the customer service is phenomenal! The sales and prices are amazing. You’ll always get a good deal here no matter what! I love love love the staff. They’ve helped my family so much. I recommend everyone to go here instead of other places! Absolutely incredible people here!!!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. They cleaned and fixed my ring within 5 minutes for me being there...for only $10. Going back to get my wedding band there with my fiance someday soon!

We walked in today, and Laura greeted us very promptly. We were shopping for wedding bands, she showed us both great options and had amazing insight. She sized us both for rings, and my fiancé purchased her wedding band, I plan on returning to purchase my wedding band at a later date. She even cleaned my fiancé’s engagement ring that we had already purchased prior to this visit, from another store. Place was very clean, and they had a sanitizing station at the door when you walk in.

I’ll start by saying, I LOVE Kay Jewelers, BUT! Maggie at Kay Jewelers Pleasant Prairie (Not the outlet) provided an unforgettable & unacceptable service that included: -poor customer service -attitude like she didn’t want to help us out -unenthusiastic & unwelcoming, very bland -did not put forth the effort to look thoroughly in their system for us, half done job -& input the wrong email after asking for it twice, just for me to call back and realize it was STILL incorrect so I never received any of my email updates on a ring I had gotten resized. Kay Jewelers you’re amazing, but this location needs to be wiser with who they hire.

Customer service very nice and happy. Gives great information. I called and asked about my cleanings. Laura cleaned my ring and had my information ready before I was even in store. Forsure recommend this store on highway 50!!!!

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring here and every time we come in for cleanings/check ups or shopping for bands, Laura is always extremely friendly, kind & informative.
