What a great experience! Purchased an engine with what was believed to be cosmetic damage, only to find once delivered there was more underneath that was hard to see at a glance. Ruben and Ethan were a pleasure to deal with and worked out the return without issue. The customer service from the team and how pleasant it was from the receptionists that are capable of helping with basic needs, to the sales people who are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable and the managers who are very reasonable to work with when things go a little sideways! This is my first year with my 460 Searay and not more than a few weeks into the season we had a mishap and banged the props up pretty bad. They not only had props in stock the savings were 20% below shops that had to order them with delivery times 6-8 weeks out. Great Lakes Skipper is just solid as a rock. Not over-advertised, but when you know you know. Excellent inventory, great prices, & fast service. I ordered the wrong item in haste & needed an RMA. I ordered 2 seats for my lowe 175. I wantes the deluxe 2 piece seats for my boat. At Great Lakes they had what I wanted but were for a lowe 178 , different model boat than mine. After discussion with Kim, and checking measurements I ,decided I would order the seats . I was actually fishing on the ohio river in my boat when I called and placed the order approximately 2:00 on a Friday. To my amazement, the seats arrived monday afternoon. I installed them that night , took the boat out the next day and couldn't be happier. Great product and Super Great customer service!!!

Looking on internet for vent decals 2010 chaparral, they had the right ones in right color on their website; fair price, fair shipping cost, and arrived in 3 days with correct item! No issues with credit card or order completion and I have No complaints or issues with service. Web site was easy to use; these are the good days working with a company like them.

My husband accidentally ordered the wrong size hatch for our boat. We contacted Great Lakes before it was shipped and they were able to cancel that and send the correct size. We were immediately credited for the old (more expensive) hatch and the correct one was here in just a few days. Great customer service!!

First time I have used them and it was for a replacement pontoon table. The factory part was 1/2 the price of the local dealer, their standard (lowest cost) shipping got it to me in 3 days and their confirmation and update emails were superb. The part came so protected in it’s shipping box I think a semi could have ran over it and it would still be perfect. Needless to say I will be buying all my future boat parts from them!!!! I’ve recently purchased vinyl from them and am very pleased! I asked for a sample and it was quickly sent, for free! I didn’t think any company did anything for free anymore. The vinyl arrived within two days, damage free, and at a great price. My 4 emails have all been answered within the same day too. It has been a great experience and will check their site first, the next time I’m shopping for my boat.

I worked with Jake to find a compatible captains chair for my aged surf boat. Jake was super helpful and worked through the order with me. I did find that the adapter he suggested wasn’t compatible but took it back and waived the restocking fee. Hopefully he will help out with the shipping costs as it was substantial and wasn’t needed. Other than that, very helpful land super responsive. ** edit** I initially meant to rate a 5 * but must have made a mistake. Jake immediately contracted me to see if there was anything further they could do to improve my experience. That alone shows how great their customer service is. I strongly recommend for anyone looking at any boat supplies or needs. Very helpful.

Had a great experience ordering over the phone with McKenna. There was a glitch while trying to order my rod organizers through the website and the shipping kept messing up.
