The place is beautiful I love the setup . They have so much to offer. From beautiful clothes to make up and hair. Attached is also a barber shop. It is very nicely set up.. What I didn't like was I given an appointment time and waited 35 to 40 minutes to get service but the staff was very nice and friendly.... I am disappointed at the service I received. I went there to get mydaughter's eyebrows arch for the first time 6/7/19 and I was not happy. I Called them today 6 / 8 / 19 because my daughter's forehead is broke out and is swollen. Which is truly heartbreaking knowing that she has a special event coming up. Junior prom. To top it off the response I got from the owner. I was told 2 get her some Benadryl and some hydrocortisone cream. More Money out of my pocket . Policy and procedure was not followed but no real responsibilities was tooken for that . This is your place of business and you should have shown a little more remorse and concern for my child knowing that things were not done correctly in your business . The next response was the next time I come I will be giving a disclaimer . Wow really!!! . That's your concern that you didn't give a disclaimer. That should have been done the first time so I would have had the opportunity to decline service knowing that there are side effects. I was never told before during or after that there are possible side effects . The fact that things were not done correctly I think I should have been treated a little better than that.. The least you could have did was offer 2 pay for my daughter's medicine or refund my money. but that's too much like right. So I'll say to the consumer before getting service ask a ton of questions. We can't leave our health and safety in other people's hands especially when people just don't care anymore and you will deal with the consequences of people not doing their job correctly. Buyer beware ! Last but not least I will say I do not think anything was done intentionally. these ladies were nice and pleasant. I think sometimes people get very comfortable in their job and forget that these are still chemicals and people can't get hurt. all these things should be addressed before you work on anybody especially a child
