The Holden Museum of living Reptiles was great, the Reptiles were cool and the information was informative. They had snakes, lizards and 1 giant hela monster.

Visited the Detroit Zoo most recently in December 2023. This is one of the many great wildlife exhibits at the zoo. Several species in several sized habitats. Was fun to look in each habitat for the creature to be found there. Also so good info on the different reptiles.

The kids love it! I like to see the foods the reptiles eat in addition to the live grasshoppers etc...there is a dish of freshly chopped fruits and vegetables available. We watched a turtle digging in the sand to place her eggs. Great place to see in real life something we would never have a chance to see in the Metro Detroit area, except on TV.

i love the different reptile enclosures, it's always fun trying to find the different snakes in each of them. some are right in front of you, easy to see, but some are next to impossible to find! it's like an interactive i-spy game!

Name is kinda misleading, it's an exhibit hall within the zoo. I think they should add more exhibits. My local pet store has more to look at.

Most of the animals were either hidden or not visible. But overall a good experience.

They've done some work on these exhibits. The creatures have more room to move around. This was generally great - though the Water Monitor took advantage of the large enclosure and availed itself of the heavy cover so - where is it? :) haha Also hiding was an 18 foot long snake - they said it was in the enclosure but - ...anyway. Keep a look out! haha All of the other cages and enclosures were a little larger, cleaner and well kept than I have seen them in the past. The river turtle exhibit was improved as well. The Chinese Alligators were very active and I believe it is because their enclosure is no easily twice the size it was.

One of the best parts of the zoo!!! It's great that they are limiting the number of people in the building at one time...made me feel very safe!!!
