Wouldn't give them a star.When I showed them my paid in full receipt on pick up..they refused to give me my order. Surprise! It went up $300!. They said they had to do more work on them which I did not authorize. . He said he "lasered" them so now it cost $300 more as I was picking them up. I didn't have the money so I left. I had to. He told me to get out and never come back when I told him I wouldn't pay for work I didn't ask for. Would have definitely said no to that! $300!!!!! So....they kept my deceased father's cufflinks that I had made into a necklace and ring for my 3 daughters and mother for Christmas I had the friend that was also there when I was referred to them go into the store to talk with them..twice....he was kicked out as well. Neither of us raised our voices and he was in city government.oops. I then contacted the girl who referred me to them and had her send me a photo of hers. Hers were done the SAME so NOTHING extra was done. I didn't have them to give them for Christmas and over a year later the store called and said I could have them for what I paid for them. I couldn't pick them up without the girl calling him from the back room. Not to apologize...but to tell me how he lost money and more? ...He never knew I had a photo of the cufflinks he did for my friend..also lasered..for the SAME price he quoted me... They were all tarnished and a crystal missing. They were awful. Wonder if they looked at them. Advice: Only pay with a credit card because I did get my money back from the card company for non- receipt..which I am sure is the only reason I was offered the jewelry back. It was no good to them and returning my work got their money back. If you paid in full..have it stated on your receipt. If they say you owe more money when you pick up you order FOR ANY REASON......Do NOT pay it! ( Unless you told them to in writing) 3 others contacted me after this review.In all 3 cases it was said the work was done to make the item better. In all 3 cases no one asked for it.

I have been more than pleased with Metals In Time. Personally, I am there for the watches (even though they provide other products and services). They have an awesome in-stock selection of watches and are always happy to allow you to try them on. I have worked with Jalexis several times now and she is always friendly and helpful. She even messages me when a watch comes in that I might be interested in and will hold it for me for a short time. I have purchased three watches from her, including two beautiful TISSOT PRX’s, seen in the photos. The list prices of the watches may be slightly higher than the online competition, but I’ve found that after you subtract shipping, and account for the fact they include a FREE band adjustment, it can actually be cheaper. (Not to mention the peace of mine of a brick and mortar!). They also provide battery replacements and repair services. We currently have an antique Bulova being repaired and refreshed there right now.

Excellent customer service and excellent job of explaining the process of building and purchasing jewelry. This is and will continue to be our only point of contact with jewelry purchase. We popped in one day and walked out 30 minutes later with a deposit down on a ring! Jalexis was amazing help. Very kind, knowledgeable, and not pushy in any way. My fiance said the communication after our visit was easy!

My experience here wasn’t good. I purchased a band for my fiancé. We created the ring on the jewelry website called Lashbrook. When I went to the store to purchase the ring the young lady and I created the ring again for it to be sent to Metals In Time for me to pick it up when it was ready. My fiancé and I had already done research and knew what we wanted so I purchased the ring right then and there. I had my money right in front of me on the counter. The young lady with the blond hair picked it up without my permission or me giving it to her. Red flag. Don’t grab my money! Let me hand it to you. I didn’t say anything to her she just doesn’t know any better. That’s how I took it. Furthermore, I looked at a few more rings that I liked for my band. Then I left. I get a call two weeks later saying the ring I had purchased is ready. I was excited. I went straight there to get the ring. I got it looked at it briefly then got to my car and inspected it for about 20 minutes just looking at all the damage and in disbelief that they even let anything like this come out of their store. So I took the ring back inside and told them that this ring looks worn and beat up. They saw the damage and sent the ring back. A lady called me and said the new ring is ready and I picked it up and it was much better. But she told me over the phone I had a balance, but that was inaccurate because the ring was paid for in full! So this is telling me that they are not thorough with handling their business whatsoever. So I got the new ring in the same old crunchy bag that I picked up the new ring in. The old ring had a silicone band in it, the new ring didn’t so I had to ask for that. I’m thinking what happened to it, why is it not together? They’re very unorganized. When I picked the new ring up, they couldn’t even find it. They had the bag, but no ring. They eventually found it, but the whole experience was unfair to me and just overall sloppy! The young lady with the blond hair asked me have a made a decision on getting my band. Yes, I have, and I’m not purchasing it here! I would not recommend this store.

I have always had great things to say about this jeweler until about 2 weeks ago. My engagement ring, wedding ring, my husbands wedding band & my moms new wedding band were all purchased from Metals In Time. We had a great experience dealing with Aaron and definitely gave them a lot of our business. However, recently my mom injured her finger and needed to have her wedding ring cut off of her hand. She was quoted a price over the phone, but when she got to the store, the owner quoted her a significantly higher price. Out of desperation, my mom proceeded and paid the extra money, but the main problem was how rude the owner was. He acted like he had way better things to do - said “do you want to do it or not”. I wonder if he knew how much money we have spent with his store if he wound have changed his attitude, but quite honestly it shouldn’t matter. A customer is a customer & should be treated with respect & value. We will not be back due to this encounter and I can’t help but wonder if the owners bad behavior has anything to do with them closing/moving?! There are A LOT of great jewelers out there so don’t waste your time with this rude & ungrateful owner.

They offered suggestions and took the time to help her pick a ring that she loves!! I highly recommend going to see their selection and picking a ring from them you will not be disappointed!

I purchased my fiancées engagement ring and wedding band from here. Their customer service is unmatched! We moved out of state after the engagement so we did the wedding band consultation over facetime. Emma help my fiancée pick out her wedding band and even customized it to sit flush with her engagement ring. They sent pictures, called her if they had any follow up questions so she got the ring she wanted. Their communication was transparent and over all an enjoyable experience. The ring was even finished way before the estimated date. I would highly recommend this place. Sergio and his team are amazing!

I came in looking to purchase a watch I saw online. I just wanted to confirm how it looked and fit on my arm in person before purchasing. Emma swiftly showed me the watch and then one quick alternative just make sure I had what I wanted. They took the appropriate amount of links out in less than 5 minutes and I was on my way. It was nice that the watch I wanted was not only in stock, but it was also slightly discounted. I didn’t have to hassle with sketchy non-authorized dealers online due to the original manufacturer being out of stock on their website. Great experience overall and I will be back for all my watch needs 🙂

We are so pleased with our custom designed birthstone ring for my sister's birthday. Sergio and Jalexis were sensitive to our time constraints and began our job promptly. They were wonderful to work with and so helpful. Our ring was completed earlier than the original pick-up date and is stunning.

I highly recommend Metals In Time! My fiancé got my engagement ring and wedding band from Metals In Time in December and Sarah was extremely helpful. Today (Saturday) when I went back in this afternoon to have the rings resized, they were just as helpful. They could see I was anxious about leaving my rings for a few days, since I was going out of town and wouldn’t be back to pick up my rings until Thursday. I got a call about 20 minutes before they closed saying that my rings were ready. 😄 The owner rushed the job for me because he could tell I was anxious. They even waited for me to arrive which was a few minutes after closing so I could get my perfectly resized ring! THANK YOU! I will definitely continue to shop at Metals In Time.

After severely damaging my 2 year old Verragio ring and getting into a complicated and unsuccessful process of replacement with another jeweler, I found Metals In Time, where Sarah and Sergio worked with my husband and I to find the best solution, and I now love my new setting! Wish I had went to them first. They worked with us when other jewelers were either unwilling or unable to get us what we wanted.
