So i ended getting a promise ring for my girlfriend from an online store because she wanted a rough stone, well turns out the ring was oversized and none of the chain jewelry stores would resize it for her. After looking up repair shops, Randy had the amazing reviews. And we could see why. Randy was a very friendly gentleman and the pricing was reasonable. We were going out of town for the weekend and were planning on picking the ring up the next week since we went on a Wed. Turns out Randy finished the ring the next day and we were able to pick the ring up Thursday for her to have the ring before going out of town. Have been going here for many years and before that my parents. Great working with the owner. They give honest prices and great service for repairs. I don't buy jewelry all that often but when I do I want that small town jeweler feel with big box selection which this place has.

For the past few months I have had a frustrating experience searching for a reputable jeweler to repair a few bracelets and a brooch. Long story short, the main diamond in my engagement ring was loose. I had taken it THREE times to the store in the mall that my husband bought it from where they attempted to fix it and told me “it’s normal for the diamond to be a little loose”. I know that’s not true, so I was in need of someone I could trust to fix it. I decided to go to Chantelle based on all the great reviews I saw. When I brought the ring in, Randy looked at it and knew exactly what needed to be fixed. He told me everything that was going to be done to it and even told me the price to expect within minutes! I felt so much more comfortable leaving my ring with him. I picked the ring up today and it looks so beautiful. Way better than I’ve ever seen it when I’ve picked it up from the other place. Went in today to have my engagement ring resized since I’ve lost 100 pounds! I was beyond happy with the price and the speedy service. I dropped my ring off at about 11:00am and he called me around 1:30pm telling me my ring was ready. The price was very reasonable and less than I expected. Have been a customer here for over 20 years. Work with the owner Randy and his benchman Max to customize my jewelry pieces. I take my smaller pendants and add them to old cameo frames bought on ebay to make an entirely new piece. Both Randy and Max are very talented and help me with ideas. Randy also will tell me what won't work so I don't waste money. He has a nice selection of jewelry, too, but specializes in custom 10 and 14 karat pieces. He has never steered me wrong and I love the designs we've created. Would recommend him to anyone wanting an excellent jewelry piece at a reasonable price.

I have to say, my experience with Randy was exceptional! I recently got engaged but wanted a different center stone. The new stone I chose was too large for the chain jewelers to accommodate me. I was referred to Lavda’s by a friend so I went there first. I was insulted because my fiancé didn’t buy it from there then told that upgrading my stone was a brutal hit to my fiance’s ego, as if I didn’t talk to my fiancé first. I felt horrible when I left there. Then I read the reviews for Chantelle’s and was blown away by the loyal happy customers. Randy complimented my ring as soon as he saw it. He was friendly and funny and made me feel at ease. I knew right away I would choose him to work on my ring. When I came back to get my ring he was wonderful and patient despite my emails and phone calls in eagerness. The final product is perfect! My unique ring is absolutely breathtaking. This is my new favorite spot! I bought a ring from Jared's and brought it here to get sized (because Jared's is a rip off when it comes to stuff like that). I called around before deciding on this location. Randy measured my finger and I realized that I actually needed a half size smaller than I was originally asking for.. I brought in a few items that needed repair and also a diamond earring that needed a new mate since I had lost the original. Randy repaired my wedding ring by remounting the diamond I was lucky enough to find after it fell from its setting, and a silver bracelet. Every piece turned out beautifully and was done quickly. I also sold some gold items to Randy which I was able to apply to the repair and replace balances. A great experience and I will hopefully be doing business with Randy and Chantelle Jewelers again.

I chose this jeweler because it is located close to my work and I saw good reviews regarding restoration. I was pleased with my decision. The gentleman who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. Although the work I had done seemed pricey, I cannot say that it was unreasonable and the result was definitely satisfactory. I had a 1920s white gold filigree ring that belonged to my great grandmother and had been cut off of her at some point. Chantelle restored the ring and sized it for me. The shaft was replaced in what appears to me to be a seamless manner, blending from the decorative work to a smooth band.
