Overall
not
bad,
the
service
is
friendly
and
willing
but
my
first
concern
was
when
I
came
to
my
room
and
found
out
that
my
card
reader
is
broken
and
anyone
could
open
the
door
even
without
a
keycard.
That
was
fixed
fairly
quickly
but
for
a
5
star
hotel
with
not
the
lowest
prices
i
expect
to
have
a
fully
functioning
room
and
in
this
case
my
safety
system.
If
i
wouldn’t
check
everything
myself
then
my
room
would
be
fully
accessible
for
everyone
the
whole
night.
However
this
wasn’t
the
reason
for
such
a
low
rating.
The
reason
of
my
one
star
rating
was
when
I
came
to
the
restaurant.
In
my
opinion
a
5-star
hotel
should
have
a
up
to
date
menu
with
everything
on
it
accessible
to
customers.
I
chose
a
burger
from
the
menu
and
the
waiter
informed
me
that
they
dont
have
that
anymore.
This
for
me
is
not
acceptable
for
a
“5-star
hotel”.
Next
issue
was
in
another
room
my
family
took.
In
this
room
the
bathroom
had
a
layer
of
mold
in
the
shower.
Again,
unacceptable
for
a
“5-star
hotel”.
Next
i
would
like
to
warn
visitors
that
the
rooms
look
nothing
like
on
the
pictures.
A
lot
of
photoshop
and
special
lighting
went
into
the
making
of
those
beautiful
pictures.
