😐 Interesting monument in the middle of an important boulevard / avenue of the city, well located, maintained and illuminated. No more than that.

👍👍 Super comfortable space accessible both by car and public transportation, the local people are very friendly, my daughter competed there and won among the 10 best skaters in the country and the people made her feel very comfortable
