I
am
giving
3
starts
only
because
of
the
restaurant-
very
delicious
food,
great
variety
of
choice
and
the
staff
was
amazing.
The
rest
of
my
experience
is
not
so
great,
though.
My
friend
&
I
went
for
a
lovely
girls
SPA
weekend,
but
sadly
it
wasn't
that
exciting
as
I
thought
it
would
be.
At
first
we
booked
a
standard
room,
which
turned
out
to
be
on
the
2nd
floor.
That's
fine
except
for
the
fact
our
view
was
literally
towards
the
roof.
Given
the
fact
how
dirty
our
balcony
was,
I
think
nobody
expected
us
to
use
it.
We
decided
to
go
to
reception
and
ask
for
another
room
or
at
least
for
someone
to
properly
clean
this
one.
We
were
offered
a
jacuzzi
studio.
I
must
say
that
the
lady
at
the
front-desk
doesn't
really
know
the
hotel
well.
She
assured
us
that
the
only
available
studio
is
looking
towards
the
inner
yard.
Well,
for
our
positive
surprise
the
balcony
revealed
magical
view
of
the
mountains.
However,
why
a
410BGN-studio
wouldn't
even
offer
simple
things
such
as
vanity
kit,
or
clean
jacuzzi,
or
even
complimentary
coffee
without
sugar.
No
offence
to
the
sugar
lovers,
but
I
prefer
my
coffee
without
sugar.
I
called
on
reception
and
sadly
they
couldn't
offer
instant
coffee
without
sugar-
only
3
in
1.
Ok,
I
decided
to
compromise
and
drink
that
so-called
coffee,
but
how
do
you
stir
it
without
any
supplies?
I
called
and
they
brought
plastic
stirrers...
Why,
Starosel,
you
refuse
to
be
eco
friendly
and
instead
of
this
plastic
just
don't
put
regular
spoons
in
the
410BGN-per-night
rooms?
What
about
the
SPA?
Honestly,
I
like
the
old
part
better
(in
terms
of
interior).
And
I
thought
a
SPA
hotel
would
offer
to
their
guests
some
water
dispensers
here
&
there.
No-
you
have
to
buy
water
for
5
lv.
Towels
are
also
paid-
1
lv
per
towel.
If
your
room
towel
is
too
wet
to
use
it-
you
pay.
And
I
am
very
very
disappointed
with
the
attitude
of
the
lady
on
the
SPA
bar
(same
goes
for
SPA
center).
When
I
decided
to
have
some
lunch,
I
simply
asked
her
which
meal
will
take
less
time
to
get
prepared.
Instead
of
an
answer
all
I
received
was
rolling
eyes...
Unbelievable.
And
to
finish
this
weekend
properly
I
had
to
drive
back
home
with
wet
hair,
because
the
410BGN
room's
hairdryer
"takes
a
break"
every
5
mins
of
usage.
You
wait
10
minutes
and
it
is
back
at
work.
So,
to
summarize,
I
drove
to
Starosel,
spent
almost
1000
BGN
there
only
to
have
a
nice
meal.
I
think
next
time
I
will
spend
this
1000
BGN
somewhere
else,
where
the
experience
can
be
more
exciting.
