Best cafe bar in kapana

I've been to so many bars in Bulgaria but most waiters hardly speak English and are often not nice. The main waitres Anelia speaks English really well and is really nice. The bar is really nice too.

Found this place after wandering around beautiful Plovdiv. WOW. This place landed on the doorstep of what is everything good in Plovdiv... Anelia was the most fantastic of barmaids. This is the best place in Plovdiv

Great and atmospheric place with nice and quiet music as a backgrouns. Unless a specific bartender is on shift. Then the bar becomes a manifestation of her personal musical preferences and somewhere for her and her friends to have fun on a Satuday night. The music system is not fit for loudness and pumping it up to high levels is not something I would recommend expirience-wise. Beware!

Good bar but what kind of bar closes at 12? Most bars work a little later. It's also self serve and inside it tends to get a bit claustrophobic but outside it's fine though you don't have a view except from the backs of a few building and it's a bit depressing.
