Excellent food, wonderful atmosphere!

We came in to the garden part planning to have a lunch. The waiter didn't like the way we sat in our group, because one of our friends sat at the next table then us (he wanted to enjoy the view instead of having sitting on the last place at out table, with the view on a wall). Waiter asked him to switch places in a rather rude manner. It would be reasonable if the place was crowdy... But we were the only people there. We didn't feel welcome and we left. I hope someone will teach their staff some good manners. :(

Excellent food and service! A little pricier but we’ll worth it. Have never been disappointed here.

The outdoor garden provided a nice environment, the staff members only seemed to focus their attention on those who were ordering food which was unfortunate because we may have eaten here if some attention was provided. Eventually I was able to catch the waiters eye to pay, then waited 15 minutes to get my change which was incorrect. No vegan options and only appetisers that are vegetarian.

Food takes more than an hour to prepare. Spaghetti and meatballs. Very slow service and food preparation. Not corresponding to the nice ambiance and atmosphere in the restaurant. Nice kids corner.

Food was not bad, but menu is very basic. Atmosphere is nice, staff is friendly. The Tubule salad had a weird unnatural looking dressing, but overall not a bad place

Nice place with good food. Also good for families with small kids as it has a kids center on the first floor.

We had the pork ribs and veal tongue, v tasty both. The accompanying fried potatoes also yummy. And reasonable price point too.

A beautiful, quiet setting that has a courtyard feel outside, with a beautiful indoor area as well. Good lunch menu with reasonable prices. I had the soup and salad.

Amazing restaurant! Everything is perfect - the food, the service, the atmosphere. The menu is small - containing only a few selected dishes. The service is beyond terrific - the waiter was very polite and friendly. There is also a kids zone.

Ok, but nothing special. The menu seems interesting, but none of the 2 salads, 2 appetizers and a main dish we ordered was tasty. The quality has dropped significantly. Used to be much better long time ago.

Greasy simple food. Decent salads. Cold beer. Okay wines. Still, much better than most tourist traps in popular European destinations.

We had a reservation, but when we entered the restaurant, there was no one to welcome us. We waited for a few minutes and then just sit on one of the free tables with a reservation sign. After around 15 minutes a waiter came to us and handed over menus to us. After he came back, we tried to order drinks, but the waiter told us in an extremely rude manner that if we don't eat, we can go to some other place, and he wouldn't bother serving us if we order things like freshes, cakes, coffees, etc. Before we leave we had the chance to speak with the manager, who promised that the waiter's rude behavior will be addressed appropriately. Hopefully he will do so. I can't believe this happened right at the center of Plovdiv.

The food is very delicious and the place is very easily accessible, as it is near the center of the city. The atmosphere is relaxing and the interior is chic. The reason I give it 3 stars is the very slow service. Even waiting for the bill took 10-15 minutes.

Poor service, unpleasant waitress, staff does not wear masks. High price for frozen food... 10levas for one salad... Payment accepted only in cash (illegal and against covid 19 measure)
