The menu does not reflect the actual allergens. As cealiac this is not recommended. E.g. a salad uses soy alergens but it does not state that this is not gluten free soy source. No gluten indicated. Also the "rice" gluten free dish with pulled pork contains small pasta in the rice which is not indicated on the menu. how ever staff was super helpful and tried to accommodate as much as possible.

This was actually at the Emily's side of the place, not really Raffy (yes, they share the same area), and it was among the best sweets and cakes I tried around. I would not go there because of it, but worth checking if in the central region of Plovdiv.

Manager refuses to talk to unhappy customers. We ordered a bottle of mineral gassed water. We received a brand that was not in the menu, however we were charged at the price of the most expensive listed water. Explanation was that manager said so. We asked to talk to manager of course - reply from personnel was that manager refuses to talk to us. Very poor experience

Location is great! However the menu recently became quite limited. There were so many more options prior to 2020. Would recommend this place for coffee break when having a walk in the Main Street of Plovdiv. There are definitely more tastier places.

The plate I was served food in was so dirty, it left that mark on the table. Despite pointing it out to the waiter in the middle of our visit, it didn't get cleaned up. The red drink in the picture could not be consumed due to the extraordinary amount of sugar in it - nothing was done about it when I complained and the waiter removed the full glass with the drink from the table, leaving empty plates and glasses behind. We wondered what was that about - since we were still made to pay for the drink that wasn't consumed - we hope that drink wasn't served to another unwitting customer since we did try it, so we had already had a sip from it. We couldn't see any reason why the full glass was removed from the table but empty plates and glasses were left on it. In summary, we won't be going back to this place and the thought that that drink might have been served to someone else is just off putting

Great location right next to the water fountain in the center pedestrian street. I had breakfast 🍳 and tried the club sandwich which was more like cheese and ham toasted and some fried and I orders English breakfast, the eggs were a bit burnt from the bottom and the sausages dry and overcooked. I wouldn’t recommend this place for breakfast.

If you want messed up orders, menus that do not correspond to what you are getting, slow and aggressively impolite staff, raffy is your place to go. The staff is really hired via a selection process which determines who is the rudest most spoiled bitter small person ever.

Very central location at the pedestrian street. Multilevel restaurant, nice terrace on the 2nd level. Outside seating is great in the summer. Good menu, nice offers for groups. Friendly service.

Service was not on par - got our order wrong… twice… we had to call for the waitress multiple times. There was a hair in the salads!!! My wife was disgusted. My burger was falling apart. Also we sat inside and and it was cold as a witch's tit…

I liked the aquarium as per my photos, but also I had some delicious food there too. Good customer service as well

Seating on the square- good people watching. Food is hit or miss. We had a good pizza but two really sad and limp salads a couple days later. Service is decent, but it’s a busy place. Definitely aimed towards tourists. Prices are in line with general tourism in Plovdiv. You can do better, but it’s ok if necessary.

Great location to have coffee, food or just some drinks. We were there couple of times during our stayed in plovdiv and we have fab service by one guy call Moun very profesional and friendly guy. They change the channel for us to watch the rugby 🏉 and one of the managers blond lady make sure we got good service too in our 1st visit.

Stopped in main street for ice coffee and ice cream. Staff spoke perfect English was very nice and the ice cream delicious. Happy customer 👍

We ordered the vegan plate and was missing some carbs like bread or rice. I would recommend to add maybe some hummus and it would have been perfect. Since it is in a tourist area we were expecting it to be expensive, so no surprise.

Pizza we ordered was mistaken so we got the wrong one. Food was not too tasty. Super mega expensive for the quality. Salad was so bad, we couldn't eat it. Waiter was sniffing and coughing all the time

This place was ok. Practically everything we wanted was not available on the night and that includes some of the cocktails! We ordered salads in the end and they were exactly as described on the menu, however we waited a very long time for our food. So long in fact, the people in nearby tables arrived and had their orders taken and hot food served before our salads arrived. I also tried the muffin Sunday ice cream and the muffin was quite stale and there was ice in the ice cream. It was not expensive and around the same price as all the other restaurants. It may be that we were quite late going for food which could have contributed to the less than optimal service and food

The salads in the summer are great. Food inside in the winter means you have to deal with the staff smoking and the stench of the smoke is everywhere in the dining area. Sad for such a potential place. The food might not be worth the price unfortunately. You can get better food for same price at other places.

Extremely slow service. We were only two people and we waited 40 minutes for a salad each and an hour and a half for one main and one portion of fries. The staff did not clean the table properly. They brought a salad but we had to ask for cutlery as there were none on the table, they brought a bottle of water and we had to ask for a glass

This review is from the three visits I made to this restaurant. 2 times for breakfast and one dinner. I came to this restaurant on the recommendation of the hotel where I was staying, the first breakfast was an English breakfast and cappuccino, the waiter was not as friendly as I expected, still the breakfast was very good, except for the eggs a little cold . In the dinner service, the waitress was very friendly and spoke more English than the previous young man, the take and delivery of our food was fast, the BBQ ribs, and the pork based dishes were very good, the hamburger I was not convinced at all, the bread was too big, the taste of the meat was not that good. Finally the next breakfast was just as good, and due to a trip to Turkey, we asked if it was possible to order some pork meals to take away, to which the waitress and the cook very kindly agreed. So in terms of friendliness and taste of the food I would give a 4.9 Besides that the prices are decent.

Went there today - waitress “welcomed” us with some delay with the “we can only prepare some eggs for you, but yet bringing the whole menu” thats all i guess - for a fancy restaurant

Greatly disappointed! Burgers were with a lot lower quality than their presentation and the fries/chips was cooked not fried. Draft Stella beer was outdated. Service was good!

My husband and two children had a lovely lunch which came to 162lv. We didn't look at the bill and just paid it. As the food was nice we returned with some friends and family ( all Bulgarian) the same evening. It was 10 of us that had things to drink and eat a lot more than what we had earlier that day and the bill was only 100lev more than we paid at lunchtime. when we asked for the bill from earlier that day ( as it didn't make sense to pay so much for lunch for 4 people and so little in the evening) they were not able to provide the original receipt and printed a copy with completely different prices. The waitress who served us refused to admit she overcharged us and as we paid cash we were not able to prove that they ripped us off. If you are a tourist please check your receipt and make sure the prices on the menu match your bill. This was an absolutely disgusting thing to do and even though the food was lovely I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone as we were treated like absolute mugs.

Not bad. Looks very much like the "Happy" restaurants, the service and Sushi menu need improvement... Good desserts.

Lovely space to stop next to the fountain. Great for a coffee, frappes are nice. Was really excited to get a full english breakfast. Plate looked delicious, unfortunately it was all cold. I suspect it was ready and waiting 10min before staff brought it to the table. My partner got his eggs 15min before my plate arrived. His scrambled eggs with feta were very tasty. I should have complained but I was just so hungry.

Simply horrible, they have turned the restaurant in a smoking parlor. It is horrible. The personal are smokers too very unpolite and horrible. Avoid unless you a want to get your kids used to smoking ofcorce. So sad. It used to be a decent place.

Top location, great, modern and fancy interior, nice wine 🍷 list. Our waiter was pretty polite and the service was quick. Interesting menu, salad 🥗 list really surprise me. The pasta 🍝 list is also great! The fish 🐠 tanks are clean 🧼 (yes, this is important for me, too). I have no idea how dirty was the toilets 🚽, but yesterday they were perfectly fine. Parents friendly place. Don’t miss it.

The cafe is fine but the quality of the service and the waitress' approach was awful. You can see what glasses we received for our drinks - they are not dirty but look really bad.. Sorry Raffi..
