Poor service, which leaves a bitter taste in the mouth when leaving. The waitress was not friendly, kept asking whether we are ready with our order, and also doesn’t speak English. The milkshakes are mediocre but drinkable. The atmosphere is barely passable for a Friends-themed coffee. The insides are cosy, but also look like people have donated their old furniture to a charity house. They also don’t have a card terminal, so you need to pay with cash. Overall bad experience.

It's a really good recreation of the Friends Central Perk cafe with the exception of course that the real Central Perk did not have outdoor seating. However all the seating reminds you of the real thing and you couldn't have a cafe in central Plovdiv without the outdoor seating! The cakes and drinks were really good and the menu is really good. Service here is good too. It's quick. There were a few outdoor seats available when we arrived late on a Wednesday afternoon. Definitely recommend a quick visit, even if just to get one of the many coffee options which you would find in Ireland, UK or USA.

This is my second time here, so I have made sure my opinions about this place is true, and isn't just simply a mistake by one of the staff. I ordered Hot Rachael and Hot Fudge Browny, they both tasted amazing and I'd definitely give this place a perfect 5/5 if it wasn't for the staff. They're not inviting the conversation what so ever, and won't even acknowledge you. It really bothered me because both these times they make me and my group very uncomfortable. I assume this is just how it works, but if you're sitting on the second floor, they won't check on you so you'll have to walk downstairs to let them know what you want. There's cameras, so they're still fully aware. The atmosphere is great, everything they serve is amazing, but the staff is the worst I've seen in a long time so it's a 3/5 from me.

Very nice Friends-themed cafe at the centre of Capana neighborhood in Plovdiv, offering a wide variety of food and drink options. Also near the entrance there is a wide variety of board games to choose from, making it an ideal spot to chill with friends

This is a really cool cafe serving hot and cold coffee drinks as well as juice, cocktails, beer and wine. Three floors of fun plus the garden area with umbrellas outside. I love the “friends” theme!

If you are a friends fan you will love it! It has a vintage feeling. Nice place for a coffee but overall it feels it needs some cleaning. The coffee was ok and the girls working were very kind and smiling. We paid in euros and didn’t charge us differently! Thank you!

Cappuccino was not good, the Food was awful and very cold. Potatoes tasted like they were fried last century. The basket where the food was served was really dirty and disgusting.

The place seemed interesting, unfortunately we weren't able to experience it. We tried to bring 2 tables a bit closer as we were a bigger group and we were informed in an unwelcoming tone that "it's forbidden" to move the chairs. Customer service gets a 0/5 from me. Awkward way to start a conversation.

Tried to go this morning, despite the opening hour announced at 9 the staff told us that they need more time to prepare. I don't know what preparation is needed for coffee because they were just sitting there drinking their own. Definitely out of my list for the next visit.

Furniture has to give it a style and it does but it is very old and uncomfortable. The quality of the products is low, especially for the prices. Service mediocre - forgot to bring things.

Nice place to visit if you are friends fan but little bit overpriced for poor service. They mess up orders simply because staff doesn't speak english. If you are looking that place just because of F.r.i.e.n.d.s ambient it is ok. Otherwise terrace is always full and indoors smells like your grandma's house. Not recommended for asthmatic people. Just saying...

Really cute Friends-themed cafè. The interiour is very authentic and it almost feels you are in the series. Definitely worth visiting if you are a Friends fan! Phoebe's choco milk is looking very sweet.

The ambience is ok, however the cocktails we ordered were way below average;almost no alcohol at all. The side nachos were stale and the waffle...just a joke. I wouldn't recommend it. In any case, if you visit it bring cash. No cards accepted

It's definitely a place that seems like it came directly from the Friends tv show. :) Very authentic. If you're a fan of this TV show, it's a must visit. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is cool.

Okay place to sit on the teracce and soak in the local vibe. Located in a nice artsy neighbourhood. Lots of old furniture, nice reminder of the 80s. Only one toilet for a rather large place (3 floors) is a big minus. The whole place could be cleaner.

It’s a cozy place to chill with friends. Very well thought and nice idea. But the place needs to be cleaned regularly, it is quite dirty, and the cocktails are bad. You should also let the customers know before they order that you only accept cash.

The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is nice. I would recommend it in case you are looking for a warm place to have a tea with friends late in the evening. 🙂

The place is so cute and homey! I only drank coffee and it was horrible! So I definitely recommend sitting there but not for a cap of coffee. I wish I would take something else..

The ground floor design and the menu are Friends themed. You'll definitely want to come in and take a photo. However that's about it. the other two floors and most of what they actually serve felt pretty generic. We had a nice cup of coffee and a waffle. Our tea was served In a mug that was broken. We asked to replace it with coffee and they refused - pretty odd considering the mug just had hot water with the tea bag still untouched on a plate. Got another tea instead. Our waitress was very sweet but I would expect them to just replace it considering the broken mug.

Did not meet my expectations at all....one toilet for all 3 floors. I ordered strawberry smoothie with the idea to get some natural drink, it was a syrup overdosed drink with half a kilo of sugar in my drink. We ordered also Gellers sandwich which was served in a very dirty, greasy basket which takes all apetite away...

Lovely place with good atmosphere. The interior looks exactly like the one in f.r.i.e.d.s. which is what initially intrigued us to sit there. The waitress was very friendly and quick to deliver our drinks. The whole experience left us with positive emotions and we would surely return again

Terrible food! I doubt anyone with moderate self respect would eat their sandwich, for example. They use dog ham. Bread is the cheapest possible etc. Drinks okish if you are ok to wait 25 minutes for your coffee.

The place has a nice atmosphere. However I ordered whiskey and instead received brandy. I confronted the waitress, but she insisted it was whiskey. I’m no expert, but no whiskey I’ve ever seen has a white color and tastes like grapes. I suppose mistakes in orders happen, thats fine. But they should’ve been transparent about it and replaced it.

The idea is great, but you can't help but feel a little bit dirty, cause some of the couches and chairs seem not to be cleaned regularly. Other than that the place is cool. Would recommend 7/10
