Food and service was ok, there was an earthquake whilst we were in the building… scary!

Very dirty tables and floors and smelled like someone puked in there. I would never eat there again! It was disgusting.

The staff are quick but there are usually too many people waiting so you might wait some time for your order. The prices and the food is what you would expect from a fast food place but it is better than Mcdonalds. I would recommend the onion rings and the large chicken burger. The dining area is not clean enough but it is good for takeaway.

The customer service is horrible. The way the staff treat the customer is very rude and disrespectful. Not much atmosphere present. The food is mediocre but not worth the price.

Different customer service on different days. Some days you will be lucky to have a good experience. If they get the order right, the food is great. Generally great food and great vibes.

Air conditioning is good when Plovdiv is 40° +

Staffs are quite nice. And to one other Hesburger too, but I could not find it on the map.

Always enjoy Hesburger ... never enjoy their toilets. A ton of bleach and some scrubbing would make difference.

I knew Hesburger was good from visits to other countries, so when I saw Hesburger on my first trip to Bulgaria,I knew it was a go to place after an early start/flight/long day etc,I wasn't disappointed, friendly staff good food.good price. Burgers are great and chips the best.

It's a fast-food chain so it sells fast food. It isn't bad but it's not extraordinary either. Serves the purpose.

Typical fast food burger, no better no worse then any of the other international "chains".

Im happy to say that they have (almost) vegan sandwich! (Wrap) So hard to find vegan menu in Sofia...

This is a hamburger place very similar to McDonald's. I would not say it excels in any area and it is not better than McDonald's (and not worse either). I suppose people who like McDonald's would like it here - it is cheaper. On the other hand people who do not think much of McDonald's will dislike it here as well. The dining area could be cleaner it is somewhat unwelcome and dark and the toilet was abysmally dirty and damp

The food was as good as you would expect from Hesburger (I prefer it to McDonald's but it is fairly similar in style), but the staff were very slow. We were 6 people and it took us like 15-20 minutes to get our food. If you don't mind McDonald's, it's across the street, bigger and better equipped to server large queues.

milkshake ads everywhere! you wait in line for 15 minutes and they tell you no. our Shake Machine is broken

Fast serving, very good burgers! I loved their sandwich/burger with flat bread, you definitely must try it!
