What a great time Me and my friend joined the tour a few weeks ago and we got so lucky with our tour guide. Iliyan was hilarious! This guy really deserves promotion, he really turned our tour into an unforgettable experience. He was so funny and really managed to get the whole group to have fun while learning so much! I would do it over and over again for the great laugh!

I went on the Plovdiv walking tour. It started and ended promptly so kudos to the organisation of this tour. The tour provides a good overview of major points of interest in Plovdiv so it is a good starting point for your trip in Plovdiv. But do use this as a reference to explore deeper into other spots rather than an endpoint in itself to cover the attractions. My guide is knowledgeable about the tour and passionate in terms of delivery. The tour covered the old town and the Kapana area. Highly recommended to visit them as a start of your tour in Plovdiv

Like a 2.5 hour walk with a friend. Nenko was genuine, friendly, and interesting to tour Plovdiv with. A great start to the day, the history really makes the city that much more beautiful.

We took the socialist architecture tour (available Saturdays and Mondays), and it was brilliant. You'll see the 4 styles of buildings and hopefully have a great guide (Niki) like we did!

Excellent service! We did a private tour with Ilya who was super knowledgeable and extremely helpful with recommendation around town. He took us everywhere and explained a lot on the history of the city and the monuments around the area. Strongly recommend. They operate at 11 AM daily only on weekdays and twice on the weekends. If rushed against time, I suggest calling to book a private 1-1 tour.

Tsveta was a great guide! I believe, though, that more landmarks should be visited. I was surprised that the Roman forum was not part of the tour

I just went on the Socialist Architecture Tour, led by Niki and it was one of the highlights of my time here in Bulgaria. It was a lovely friendly group of people from a wide variety of countries and Niki was so knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. She didn’t bombard us with too many dates/dry facts but answered questions on such a wide range of topics. If you’re interested in history & architecture and in seeing some wonderful buildings then I can’t recommend this highly enough!

The most surprised city we have visited in Europe. We never heard about the Plovdiv before taking the Sofia free guided with Cris and he adviced us to come to see Plovdiv. We are glad that we took his advise. The tour with Adi was super interesting and very pleasent. She was speaking ablout history very clearly and took our full intention. The city has a lot to offer.

Great tour! Absolutely worth it, doesnt seem like a free tour even though it is. Our guide Daniel was amazing, made subjects fun and interesting as well as giving lots of information of the different historical part of Plovdiv. Next stop is free tour in Sofia!

Great tour. Our tour guide Alex was very friendly and knowledgeable, cracking jokes during the tour. Had great time! The walk around the old town is going through steep cobblestone streets, so bring comfortable shoes and be ready for a little exercise.

Would deffinetly recommend taking the free walking tour of Plovdiv, especially on your first day of stay. The tour is provided by 365 association and is honestly a very good tour plus it's free. The tour guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly he was very professional at all times, providing us with his local expertise. The tour lasted for about 2 hours and the guide took us from all the main attractions of the city center and old city. He also recommended a few locations for us to spend more time after the tour was finished.

We had an amazing two-hour tour with our wonderful guide Niki . I was not bored with the historical facts, on the contrary, Nicki diluted the story with questions to us, worked with the audience, she was friendly and answered absolutely all questions. Thank you Niki for the emotional and understandable presentation of information. We visited almost all the main attractions, but you can visit museums and spend more time in certain places after the tour. Strongly recommended.

We loved this free tour (but the contribution is worth the effort by the guide). Mila the tour guide walked us through Plovdiv sharing very interesting yet well informed storyline and facts. She has somehow convinced us to return to Plovdiv some time in the soonest summer. Great job Mila!

Today’s (17/12/23) graffiti tour, led by Daniel, was a great experience that I really enjoyed. Daniel really knows his subject and can ably share his knowledge well, to all members of the tour group. It was great to get this insight into the wonderful city of Plovdiv. These tours take place *every* day of the year and are free! Fantastic experiences for all! Highly recommended!

I would like to say that we have been to a lot of walking tours, both paid and free, and Mila is on top of our list of best tour guides. Her way of telling stories and facts are very compelling and she narrates it with such finesse! All the best Mila and congrats on your engagement 🙂 we were convinced to see Plovdiv again next summer because of the stories we heard today 🙂 🤍💚❤️

Thank you to Adi for a fascinating and entertaining tour. We took the socialist architecture tour of the city centre and learned loads about the recent history of the city as well as seeing some buildings we might otherwise have overlooked and understanding them in their historical context. Would recommend to all!

A very informative and nice tour of the must see places in Plovdiv’s center. We were a large group so they split us in half and another guide came! Elia was wonderful, he had a nice sense of humour , he was pleasant and polite. Definitely recommend the tour.

We had a blast with our lovely guide Adi! ❤️ We got to see so much of Plovdiv and learn a lot about the rich culture and history of both the city and Bulgaria as a whole!

We learned a lot from Niki during our tour in Plovdiv today. She was very knowledgeable, and we saw many sites during the 2.5 hours. My only feedback for her would be to have a microphone so that a large group like the one we had today could hear her well.
