I can't say a bad word for any of the Plovdiv "tepe" hills, so this is a 5 star as well. What I like most in it is the shady walk up. It's easy to get to, very close to the city center, has perfect shade for the hot days, benches up there and the tower is not bad point to look around.

One of the smaller hills of Plovdiv but it's right by the city centre. There are several different trails up the hill. There is the normal paved road up and there are several less travelled paths through the bush and over the rocks. All are easy and even if heights are not your thing, it's quite manageable. However when you sit on the huge rocks at the top and see all of old town before you or capture a beautiful sunset, it's quite magical.

Plovdiv is one of the most beautiful places in Bulgaria. I fell in love with the atmosphere, people, places, food and views. It’s a city worth a week’s stay and there is so much to do/see

Despite not being amongst the most popular hills in Plovdiv, this is a place with amazing views, and offers multiple footpaths to access it. Good choice for a short walk in every season. Youngsters are throwing a lot of garbage in the bushes, which is a pity.. Avoid spending too much time under the antennas - you never know..

There is an old and restored clock tower on the top. The park around it is a quiet and peaceful place, but there is trash everywhere. There's also a beautiful view of the center of the town on one side and a view of the opposite part of it from the summit.

A nice place to have a short walk. The hill is beautiful, but not so well maintained. The pathways to the top are a bit steep, but not too long. There is almost no chance to find parking spots at the bottom of the hill, so i would advice you to use the public transport system or visit it by foot.

It's a beautiful park with a cute functioning clock tower. Being very close to city centre makes it very accessible. The view is amazing. Good place for taking pictures. You can see the famous Alyosha and Youth Hill together from a perfect angle on Danov hill. Sunset is the best time to be up there.

I'd say the view is great. But the broken steps, dirt everywhere, uncontaminated grass. It's only worth the sight. So.

A small hilltop worth a short visit. The view of the city at the clock tower is amazing, with the landscape composed of colorful buildings, the blue sky and also opposite hilltops. While you are there, take a moment to soak in the tranquility of the place as well as the taste/smell of the fresh air. Not much tourists here so definitely a plus for me. The walk up/down the hill may be slightly challenging due to the cobblestone floors and the altitude. But nothing too challenging and the top is worth your while. There are short steeper paths not reflected online so people with better fitness can take them.

Quiet place in the heart of the town. And the watch tower is hundreds of years-old old and it is still working. You can hear the bell in the silence of the night.

We took the short 15-minute hike up the hill and it was amazing. The view on top is nice and there are benches to chill everywhere. If you want to relax for some time this is a good option.

(Translated by Google) Danov Hill or Sahat Tepe is a nice hill with a park, the clock tower and since 1956 the combined radio / television broadcasting station of Radio Plovdiv. It is one of the seven hills on which Plovdiv was founded around 4000 BC. The hill is particularly interesting as a photo motif from the Maritsa. Then you have both towers and also the minaret of the Friday mosque in a photo. Da hat man dann beide Türme und ebenso das Minarett der Freitagsmoschee auf einem Foto.

This is the central point of the three high points overlooking old town Plovdiv. It’s an easy walk from the amphitheater and offers some nice views over both sides of the city. The clock tower is quite impressive and actually works! The walk up the hill is not too difficult and the path is clear. Unfortunately the land is not well maintained and there is a lot of rubbish on the sides of the path.

Sahat tepe means the Clock Hill, because of the notable Turkish clock that is situated there. The hill is next to the main street in the downtown. Good place with good views and surroundings.

Small hill that's easy to climb with good views from the top. It's not as high as Alyosha, but its a bit more central so you can everything in its radius very good.
