Great location, clean rooms and excellent views. I would certainly come here again! Recommended

Not clean, mold in the bathroom, shabby and poorly maintained. On top of everything very noisy during the night - loud music. The only one plus - the location. Will never repeat.

Very good hotel at the best aria, clean and good prices

Very friendly staff. The rooms are clean, but the cleaners didn't come during our stay- the management was very apologetic, and said that the cleaners won't come into a room if they think you might be in it. They gave us loads of free soaps and stuff to say sorry. The hotel is very centrally located, just a two minute walk from the main street with all the shops and the Roman coliseum. It's not far from the Old Town or the Trap District, so you can see lots of sights in a short space of time. Overall a great hotel, slightly let down by the cleaners but otherwise well situated and a very reasonable price

Love the rooms though location a bit steep to drive up. We arrived late but the receptionist Anna was so wonderful. Friendly, cheerful and kind. Wish we had spend a few more days in Plovdiv. Love the friendly people compared to Sofia.

Good place for business accommodations at the town centre. It's perfect they have free parking spaces and the hotel is only 7 mins away from the town centre (walking). The staff is really friendly and helpful, the place is clean and cozy.

Nice place for the price you pay. Hosted by a lovely couple. The hotel has a parking and the entrance is from another street. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are nice. Staff is helpfull. Only the aircondition unit was old and noisy. Perfect location for walking distance to Center and Old Town.

This hotel is very close to plovid centre. It looks like the hotel is updating the rooms as the floor below looked like they were. The aircondtioning is fantastic on warm nights. The shower is on a holder just to the side of the sink so can be a bit difficult to wash your hair. The staff were friendly, accommodating. The breakfast was good selection. The only downside was the hotel is on cobble hill and there is no lift I could see.

Good hotel and great location. Also, breakfast was very complete and they served it earlier for us because we had a train to take. Don't expect big bathrooms. They are smalls and without bath (like majority in Bulgaria)

Not enough character count here on Google to leave full review so it is posted on Trip Advisor. Service when booking and arrival was brilliant. When we went to sleep my partner then woke up with bed bugs crawling on him in the middle of the night. We were moved rooms in the middle of the night (no help to even carry our bags up another flight of stairs) and nobody made attempt to speak to us about it the next day. We had to email after we had left as there was no English speaking person there that night, or the next morning, or in the evening when we went back to collect our bags from luggage storage, but so far they have come back and said: First email: they said we must have left the balcony door open and insects got in Second email: we must have brought the bugs with us or planted them in the bed. (Strangely we've been traveling for 18 days out of 90 and we've not encountered them anywhere else!) Take the time to read the Tripadvisor review, it includes the email chain in full for people to read and also photos - which are stills from the video we took that night.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and the atmosphere was very relaxed. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again. Thank you!

All was fine, however reception works until 18 which is truly inconvenient. Great view of the city and perfect location.

The service was stunningly good! Rooms are comfy, but my room needs some renovating, like some things in the room are clearly from long time and parking for me was not enjoyable, tiny street that makes it uncomfortable to park and leave ur car there, but yet it was enjoyable we will see eachother again!
