I have visited a lot of hotels in Plovdiv and Imperial is my favorite by a long shot. It is very clean and restaurant serves delicious food, but the service is what makes it special. Everyone in the hotel looks like he has a mission to make your stay there pleasant. You will see it when you visit.

The hotel's staff was great. Location vise it is a 30minute walk to the center of Plovdiv, 5-7minutes with a car. Breakfast was standard and it had enough options. Coffees machines are old and of you are a coffee enthusiast I suggest getting it somewhere else. Rooms, lobby, elevators, outdoors parking were up-to-date and well kept. Hygiene was on a high level and room was more than spacious. Maybe even too big for my taste. Bathroom was perfect. I really enjoyed the design and functionality. One disappointing fact is the mattress. I couldn't sleep nice neither of the nights I stayed there. Air-conditioning was only set to work to heat the space but not cool it nor was there any air circulation. If you close the window s not enough air and it gets warm quick, but if you open them you hear the noises from the entrance. That may not be always but at this point hotel was full and had many guests. I must add that if the window was closed it made a good sound barrier. All in all it looks like 4* hotel, it has all it needs to have but somehow I am still undecided if it's worth the price. What is convenient is a monitored parking that is free for all the guests and it has a designated electric vehicle charge station.

We visited the hotel for its spa! The steam bath and sauna were excellent but the massage was heavenly good! The lady was very polite and smiling and her massage was everything we needed to relax! The facilities were new and very clean, with fresh towels and nice lockers. Definitely recommend it to relax and unwind!

This is very good hotel, quite nice. Rooms are not really spacious, but for a single person short trip was perfect. Very comfortable bed. Service is really service, people there really make your stay comfortable. Did not have the chance to check the wellness center, but hope next time that I could.

I am always in this hotel due to business trips in Bulgaria. The hotel is around 25min walking distance from the old town and an additional ~5 mins from the city center. Directly around the hotel is unfortunately not that much, an ATM, a restaurant and a gas station. The hotel is very clean and offers various sizes of rooms. The rooms are always clean. The staff at the reception, at the breakfast buffet and restaurant for dinner is always very polite! The breakfast buffet offers a big variety of food with decent quality. I do recommend this hotel. Will always come back and see you soon guys!

My room was too cold, asked the AC is heating, they told me a day before that they stopped the heater. Was okay but not quite pleasant

I was charging my car near the hotel and needed some important help. The woman and the man at the front desk totally went out of their way to help me. They were absolutely amazing. Customer Service at its best! I soo recommend this place. I hope I can stay at that hotel in the future. All the best to you.

We were lucky and stayed at the Imperial Hotel within an Erasmus plus project. The whole group was amazed by the perfect service, the friendly staff and the amazing options the hotel offered. Even the reception manager and general manager checked on us and made sure everything was fine. Thank all of you and especially Savo for making this possible.

Exceptional hotel! The staff of the reception is very friendly polite and helpful. The Executive room we booked was very nice in a high floor in a good price! The breakfast delicious full of choices. As i saw a lot of conferences and meetings take place in the Hotel so the employees are professionals. A busy friendly hotel good choice for the intresting city of Filippoupoli (Plovdiv)

I was interested in the Whisky Library bar, called three different days with the intention to book it and every time I was told someone will contact me later during the day to get the details and this never happened. Seems like either the internal communication is really broken or they just have little interest in satisfying clients. Booked another hotel for the night as well

The best hotel in Plovdiv. The rooms are spacious, tidy and luxurious. The food is delious, the restaurant offers dozens of options to satisfy every taste. The location of the hotel is great. The Central Square is in close proximity. The best thing about this hotel are the people who work there. They will make your time in Plovdiv unforgettable. Savo is the nicest person who works there.

My partner and I recently enjoyed a couples massage at the hotel and it was nothing short of amazing! Really nice rooms for the price. Got the penthouse which was something I hadn’t done before. Pretty much everyone spoke English which was extremely helpful.

The spa and wellness zone is super nice, well maintained and clean. I‘ve been there couple of times and it was never too full as well.

We had one night stay in the hotel, the room was very big with enough space for everything. The bathroom was also big, spacious, and clean. Staff was very friendly and fourfield every request. Only BIG negative side is that in the whiskey bar smoking cigarettes in closed doors is allowed. Bulgarian law forbids it, but obviously, the customers there are above it and the staff encouraged it. I won't visit and recommend it only for that.

Personnel friendly and 100% dedicated to the host. Rooms super ! Restaurant perfect. The whisky library unique ! Will be back for sure !
