The rooms are outdated for being a 4star. I visited during oct 2022 so the pool was out of service too. My view from the room wasn't great either. Unfortunately, the major issue with this hotel is the restaurant. The breakfast is basic, nothing like the pictures on the website. I ate fish and chips at the restaurant, which did not taste right. I assumed it may be due to local variety of fish, but it had a strong fishy odour so I did not finish. I went back to my room after dinner and started to puke all night. It affected my stay as I wasn't well to site see the next day too. I shared my food poisoning experience when checking out, but the assistant wasn't concerned. She stated, "Our restaurant serves good food with no problems." A hotel should accept the customers' experience and review without disregarding the food wasn't cooked properly. Hopefully, the hotel will improve their services and stops food poisoning guest. 18.04.2023 - Response to hotel - updating the hotel rooms will not reverse the food poisoning I experienced and the bad customer service! Wow! This hotel truly meets the standard I would expect. The service is remarkable. There is always someone to help you with anything you need, and they always do it with a smile. The room is very large and with a very large window. The pool is also large and comfy. The restaurant was also OK. Bottom line - I would definetly stay there again.

We stayed here for one night only. After a day of driving, we enjoyed a walk at the near by waters (cours for canoeing/water sports). The food at the restaurant was good. The room was large, clean, had a nice view towards the lake and the air was fresh. Perfect for us to stay there for a night on the tripp. (Might be a good place to explore Plovdiv in some day trips with a bike (there were some to rent) if you don't want to stay in the city centre.)

Great hotel with fantastic rooms with amazing views of the rowing lake. Food menu was ok but many meals came out cold or wrong and did not have any sort of children’s menu which was very disappointing. Location was great, however, with kids, was quite a distance from the city centre or local amenities which meant that walking wasn’t an option for their little legs. Overall, great visit with very pleasant staff (even with the language barrier 🙈)

It is an absolute gem! Short drive from the motorway, lovely staff, all of them, reception, restaurant,pool staff, were all super friendly and helpful. Location is beautiful, rooms spacious, beautifully decorated and super clean! Food in the restaurant delicious and most, if not all staff in the hotel speak English well. I would recommend to anyone, even if it's just a stopover. We haven't had the time to try their SPA facilities but they also looked amazing. Oh and I forgot to mention the cuddly toys that the kids get- it is such a lovely little touch- the kids are over the moon!!!

Very quiet place with swimming pool. Perfect for relaxation. The sunrise is perfect to watch in the morning. Spa works till 8 pm, which was my only disappointment. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were very polite and respectful. We will for sure visit again.

I've never been to the hotel rooms, having in mind I live in Plovdiv, however I have heard great things from friends that visited. Nonetheless, I've been to the gym and the SPA, and I can say that the gym is a bit small but great for the hotel visitors. The SPA is much better, there's an infrared room, a sauna and a small pool.

The hotel is nice and clean. The pool is outside, no indoor pool. Included in the price of the room are the sauna and the fitness, only. You need to pay extra for the rest of the spa/wellness services, which was a bit disappointing since we thought we are paying a lot more than the rest of the hotels in the area because of the spa.

I love, love, love this hotel! The rooms are huge and there's even music playing gently in the bathrooms! I felt so posh! The hotel looks luxurious and the guests are treated great. The view over the creek is stunning and it's very quiet. To get into the city centre, you will need a vehicle of some sort unless you're happy to walk for an hour. We did on the way there because we didn't realise how far it was but we got the number 15 bus back which stops by the creek leaving you with a lovely stroll before reaching the hotel. The food was lovely and I'm sure the reasonably priced spa treatments would have been too but we didn't get a chance take advantage of any of them. Overall, I 100% recommend staying here.

Finally, I'm back here after a few years and pleasantly surprised by the room that looks newer and its clean! We were with a baby, and they prepared a playpen with a cute complimentary teddy bear, which is a sweet touch from them. During breakfast, they also provided baby food in a jar, which is awesome (hipp, gerber and ganchev brands).

We stayed 1 night and received the room in pretty bad condition- apart from being unhygenic, hair blocking up the drain of the shower, causing water to flood out of the basin, towels from the previous visitors have been left in the bathroom, one of the plug sockets was dangerously hanging out and unsafety. Definately this is not a 4* experience. Breakfast was very poor, old and tasteless, with not fresh ingredients. When we raised the issues we barely received any apologies or corrective actions.

Breakfast was very nice, though initially they wouldn't allow people to have breakfast on the open terrace in front of the restaurant. Still, people spilled into the area on a sunny morning and the staff had to give up this rule. The rooms are clean, bright and tidy. We stayed in an apartment where the toilet was attached to the bedroom, so everyone needing to go to the bath had to go through the bedroom, which is annoying. There was also a single very busy elevator servicing this part of the hotel, so expect longer waiting times. There is free parking with lots of space. Bikes for rent are available. We didn't have a chance to try the wellness area in the basement. Pricing in on the high side. Overall, we had a nice stay.
