It's a decent hotel. Not many facilities included. There a gym but needs to be paid for. The breakfast is fantastic though and very very good service. There was a bad smell outside the hotel but that's the sewers not the hotel. I did ask for another pillow and they said no which was very bad. The room was very very spacious and clean. TV works well, WiFi is decent, albeit a bit slow. Room windows are not sealed properly so the wind was howling extremely badly and they couldn't do anything about it. Overall it's a good stay.

Great hotel. Deserves more stars Rooms are spacious. Location is good is you are here with a car. Nice breakfast. Update after one year since my last visit to this place they remain to be exactly the same. Rooms are equally clean, modern and spacious. Mattress is divine. Bathroom sparkling clean. All the appliances working and clean. Check-in and check-out flawless. Breakfast is still great for everyone but vegans. They didn't add many options. But that is tipical for Bulgaria.

Nice place! In Sunday there is parties in restaurant under hotel, and if you are close to the first floor you do not be able to sleep until 1:00 AM.

The general cleanliness of the hotel is very good. Rooms are large and spacious. Staff is courteous. The price is affordable. The breakfast is very varied and hearty. No limit. The only problem is machine noise. There is 24 hour continuous air conditioner or generator noise. It can interrupt your sleep.

Polite personnel, free parking, not so far from the center (with car), clean rooms, well maintained, quite comfortable. Breakfast is simple, but ok overall.

We attended a wedding at a nearby place and this it made great for us. There is free parking for the guests and a restaurant. The location of the hotel is on the outskirts of the city so of you wish spending time downtown you should take the public transport or drive. The rooms are big and clean. Our room had a balcony.

The hotel was not very clean. Bathroom is extremely small as the shower is connected to the sink and also over the sink. Breakfast - I don’t want even to comment it.

Very nice hotel..We took apartment with 2 large bedrooms. Everything was new and very clean ,the breakfast was solid. There is parking in front and the center is near by car.

Excellent place to stay in Plovdiv,rooms are very large and beautiful decorated.Parking area is very large next to the hotel.The only thing they have to take care is the breakfast which is very very basic.

Reasonably clean. Comfy bed. Still the AC below was damaged and made loud rattling noises all 3 nights we stayed despite that we informed reception. The hotel told us they thought the issue was fixed. So there must have been some miscommunication between the staff. The restaurant was good and service as well.

Everything is good except for the second building where the lift doesnt work.
