Absolute pleasure staying at this hotel staff and managers are more than welcoming . Very central location yet not too busy . Rooms clean and tidy and upkeep is very good Special thanks to Eleonora for makeing the stay special .

We accidentally ended up in Plovdiv so we booked a room in the very last minute. And that was our best decision. We got a great room and even though the hotel is located on a main road, it was very quiet when the windows were closed. The blackout curtains were a perfect addition to the good night's sleep. Finally - the staff is really friendly and customer-oriented. They did everything we asked for and more. They even offered to bring the breakfast to our room and were making sure we are not missing anything. The girl at the reception was so helpful by suggesting us where we should go around the city. There is also a free private parking so you don't have to worry about your car. To sum up: I would definitely recommend Business hotel Plovdiv to anyone who is travelling for business or pleasure and wants to be close to the city center (it's a 10 minute walk only). Though included coffee is nice - Big bottles of drinking water in the fridge in the lobby - Magnetic key card did not work once, the man in the lobby quickly mended that - Good climatic - 20 min walk to old town - Everything else is fine

The hotel is clean and modern. The room had a very large window. Staff were helpful and friendly. The location is good, easy to find.

Not a bad place, quite, down to earth. The staff is friendly and really helpful. The breakfast was a disappointment for me though, because I am not into the artificial cheese and butter. It doesn't need to be complicated and sophisticated, but it should be made of nice, healthy and local products.

We had a one night stay stay at the last moment in the hotel. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have experienced in a hotel (we do have some experience). The towels were very soft, the rooms were impeccable clean. And the staff was the nicest in the morning greeting us, making sure we got our breakfast alright, offering coffee in the most genuine way. If we need again a hotel in Plovdiv again we won’t be looking anywhere else! Highly recommended!

Not so big hotel with a homely atmosphere, custom-made breakfasts, very clean, polite professional staff, speak English and Russian, a bit, always ready to help. Special thanks to senior administrator Asya, who always happy to help. Not far from the center, assigned parking. Strongly recommend.

I think this hotel in Plovdiv relation is good. Parking opportunities is very very bad. The room which see the way has a noiae from outside because the trafffic usually high. But friendly staff, good sizes room etc...

Great location, comfortable and clean rooms, tasty food....we was on the way to Pamporovo so step for overnight there, it was a great choice, recommending ✌️

Pros: close to train and bus stations. Quick walk away from the city center. Staff is polite and helpful. It's clean. Cons: hairdryer was not working (but staff provides me with another one!), there was bad smell in the bathroom from the drains. Was noisy from the road in front of the hotel.

Must ask for backside room, too noisy otherwise. Communication for check in was a bit difficult. Very near of city center

Rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast is delicious, you have a few options to choose from. Good location for tourism and a walking distance from the city centre. The only downside is the windows insolation - the hotel is located on a busy boulevard and you may have problems if you are a light sleeper.

The hotel is really nice. The rooms are spacious, beautiful and clean. The staff is friendly and ready to help. The breakfast is delicious - they give you a menu and you can choose what to prepare for you. The only problem was that the hotel is on a busy boulevard and the windows aren't isolated enough, so it is quite noisy.

The reason we prefer this place is that there is no parking problem, the location of the hotel is ideal if you enjoy walking quite close to the center. However, the breakfast is really poor, the rooms need renovation. The only good thing is that the employees are very helpful and the price benefit balance is good from time to time.

Amazing staff, very helpful and kind. The room size is large. The only minus is the noise as the hotel is on a busy road but it is bearable.

Perhaps because it was our fourth 5-day business trip for the month (the previous ones were at better hotels), or just because we weren't too enthusiastic for this one, my colleagues and I did not have the best time at the Business Hotel. While the rooms were fine, the showers are something about we all agreed was terrible. The best comparison for them would be a pressure washer. Also, the temperature initially is about the same - it takes some time for hot water to start flowing. The breakfast, while included with the rooms, just covers an instant coffee/tea/hot drink, water or juice, and food from a single page menu (incl. a sandwich, oats etc.), and the portion sizes are not too adequate. Still, it felt a bit more personal, as somebody is preparing it for you, which is nice. The location is sort of okay - it took us 15-20 minutes to get to/from Office Park Plovdiv. As the hotel is on a busy street, I can confirm that there is lots of noise, especially at night, and it definitely does not improve the overall experience. Our previous stays in Plovdiv were at the Landmark Creek Hotel and while the prices are nearly identical, our time there was significantly better. Still, we are grateful for the stay, as the AC was working well, and of course, there was somewhere to sleep.

We had a great time at this hotel. Everyone working here is very kind and cheerful. Especially the very good receptionist Anna :) The location is just a few minutes walking from the city center. There is a lot of traffic in front of the building but it doesn't matter if you keep the window closed. Plovdiv is a beautiful city full of history. Highly recommended!

It's a great value, solid location, friendly staff.... hard to complain! I would say 3LV for a small can of Coke is pricey tho :P Also if you are a light sleeper avoid street front rooms.

We (from Switzerland) really liked the stay at this hotel. Most importantly the bed are comfortable, not too hard like in many other places in Bulgaria, and the bathroom has a good (normal) shower and no smell. Furthermore the service and the people themselves are awesome. The even offer a laundry service during the week and they have good coffee and breakfast. The only negative point is the main street in front of the hotel, which you hear during the day (during the night there is not so much traffic). If that bothers you then make sure having a room facing the other side. Overall, the best hotel we have stayed in Bulgaria during three weeks.

The room was comfortable and the mini bar well stocked! Also the staff here is great! I miss placed my camera, mistakenly thought Ieft it in lobby. The staff went above and beyond to help locate. Turned up to be left at the Hotdog shop around the corner. The staff really went out of there way!! Thank you!!! I would definitely recommend this place to stay!!

Best place to stay. Literally next to the centre, everything is near the hotel. You have a parking spot, the rooms are clean and the bed comfortable. The best and unique part is the staff. The restaurant staff is the best I've ever seen. Attention is more that needed and the food is fresh (and for good price). Take the breakfast option, there is no other place you gonna find for just a few euro, so much and fresh food.
