The hotel seemed nice, the room was large and well appointed. The restaurant food was lovely and the staff there were cheerful. Unfortunately the temperature in the room (and throughout the hotel) seemed to be stuck at 26 Celsius and the aircon would not do anything about it. The bathroom shower fitting was questionable and a lot of spray went everywhere. There was no apparent room service or indication of how to contact reception from the room.

The location of the hotel was at convenient spot. This is the only positive commet Other than that, I would not recommend it the as a choice. Cleaning was non existent, I stayed there for a week and no one came to change my bed linen, towels plus I had to ask for the obvious i.e. , toilet paper. Breakfast was just ok and tough luck if you were within the limits but knowingly there was not enough food for all the customers. I would definitely not recommended it to budget Travelers as well. There are far more better choices at the same price or even cheaper. I think I have said enough. To earn a penny we must spend a penny.

The hotel needs some maintenance but nevertheless it's quite good. It's located right across the street from Markovo Tepe mall, and 5 minutes walk from the city center. The view from most of the rooms is quite nice and the staff is very helpful and polite. I could do with a better quality breakfast, but given the fact that the hotel is quite inexpensive, it was adequate. Finally, the pillows are soft. Some people may prefer soft pillows, but I couldn't sleep well.

We stayed in the hotel for two days although booking was Family, we were given rooms with single beds 😢. Bathroom was smelly and if one does not keep exhaust fan on 24/7, room and bathroom becomes too smelly. It was 29 degrees and AC was unable to cool down the room. The location of hotel was nice, city centre was at 16 mins walk and a good shopping mall just opposite to hotel. May consider staying again in 2 weeks time when I come back again for business purpose.

Nice and cozy. Great location. Needs some refurbishing. Also i ate a pack of almonds that were 3 weeks old and that felt like a big oversight. Few days i can understand but 3 weeks? I still ate them haha but definitely speaks about the lack of proper supervision.

The only good thing is it's perfect location in the heart of Plovdiv. The rooms are bizar, the water pressure is low and sometimes they just disappear....a problem when you are in the bath soap covered... There is some athletic skills required to enter the "fancy" elevated bath. In some rooms, a bad smell coming out of the pipes. Some TV channels are not for kids and with free access.. The breakfast is ok. Funny experience for one time...

Perfect location! About 5-10 min to Plovdiv's main square and the main street - great for walking and shopping. Rooms have rather colourful interior and great view from the higher floors. Staff were OK, mostly helpful and cheerful. Enjoyed a pleasant stay there. Would definitely recommend!

Hotel has 4 stars but looking like 2 stars. They dont clean bathroom good. Shower curtain fall down on me, because it is not stable on the wall. They dont clean dirty glassess for 5 days. Breakfast is the same for 5 days, nothing speacial.

Very nice rooms, great staff. And a great bar with terrace. Location also next to a shopping mall and walking distance to old town.

An old Soviet style hotel that has been refurbished. Was a bit doubtful due to some bad reviews but what a surprise, a really nice, comfortable hotel. Decent bed, quiet room and a bath. Basic but sufficient breakfast. Great location, 10 mins from train and bus stations and similar to the old town. Good supermarket across the road as a bonus.

Outdated and missing furniture in the room, uncomfortable bed - feeling very well the bed spring. The staff is amazing. The location is close to the center, but on the corner of 2 busy streets. Just across one of them there is a Mall and supermarket. A big plus is the available opening windows. No air-conditioning is provided during October - it was cold during the night.

I have visited this hotel few times. The service is nice, hotel rooms spacious, a little bit outdated but clean. Beds cery cosy. Breakfast was rather dissapointhing with small choice. Some two years ago breakfasts were very nice fresly prepared from menu, not sure why they don't serve them anymore.
