A good offer — until you reach the Reception Desk… The location is indeed in the very center of the city and the room we ordered was pretty spacious with a great terrace. There’s an elevator and the property is locked overnight, with guests having a chip access. The room was also in general in the good condition. The problem is with the offer description vs what you get for your money. (1) Parking. While the description states the availability of parking lots — it is a separate additional cost, which I was warned of only after my booking confirmation directly with the receptionist. Additionally, as I requested the parking space in advance and was promised “the last spot” — it actually meant that I was leaving my car blocking everyone else and would have to wait for a call in the morning to move it every time someone wants to leave the hotel. (2) Additional paid room service. While I booked the property for 3 people (2 adults and one teen) and my booking stated me having a queen bed and a sofa-bed, assembling the sofa bed by the hotel staff occurred to be mandatory paid in cash upon my registration! I was required to pay 20 Euro more if I want to have sheets and towels given to my kid, even though all these conditions were specified in my booking and confirmed! (3) “Can you pay in cash?” The receptionist really wanted us to pay in cash, “at least for the additional services,” not a tot bit ashamed of citing “mafia” reasons behind the undeclared transaction. All in all, you do get the room on the photo and all is clean and well — but the price almost doubles in cash, as you start to seek the promised comfort from the room description.

This is a nice hotel 10 minutes walk from the center of the old Town. Big, clean, quiet rooms. Breakfast is OK. There's parking which is very useful in Plovdiv but it's better that you communicate with the hotel for that before you go. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Definitely a very good choice.

This hotel does not deserve 4 stars. The bathroom smelled and the carpet was also smelly and dusty. I didn’t even dare to go to the breakfast. I found a delightfully good bakery just behind the hotel, near the school. The morning staff at the hotel were pleasant. The night manager had a strange sense of humor and didn’t know how to communicate (he speaks excellent English) with guest(rude). This is NOT a hotel I would recommend.

All was well until they draged my locked motorcycle out of the secure parking l had paid for so a car could park there. I was fuming. No explanation or apologies given. One scratched fuel tank. The hotel was plesent enough but found the bed in need of replacing tho. A mixture of helpful and no so helpful staff. Overall, not a pleasant experience. Plovdiv is nice.

Great location and good price. But shower is Barry dripping. Blankets are so old that your skin starts to itch from them. Rooms are partially refreshed (in my case one wall) but rest of wallpapers are yellow from the years. It’s fine but it is ABSURD that this 4 stars. This is rather two star hotel.

The most amazing original retro style hotel, loved the room and the quaint lift. Staff were so friendly and helpful and breakfast just hit the spot with a touch of home made cake each morning. And a short walk to the old town

We stayed at this hotel in September 2023 and were veary pleased about everything. The communication with them was very clear and fast, hotel is easy to be found, they have parking place, the room is nice, large, clean and welcoming based on our standards. Staff is very friendful and willing to help. Breackfast is good. The rate quality-price is very attarctive. We recommend.

BEDBUGS IN ROOM 24!!!!!!!!!! I would not recommend this place. The first thing I noticed when entering the room was the strong musty smell, however, I didn’t think anything of it so I just opened the window and left the room. I only spent one night there and later on I noticed excessive bites on the side of my torso. It turned out to be bedbugs bites so please be careful. I wish I have checked the mattresses before but sadly didn’t come to mind. ALWAYS CHECK THE BED WHEN SLEEPING IN HOTEL ROOMS! And do NOT book a room there.

Cheap, big rooms (apartment actually). The staff is really nice ! However... The breakfast is disappointing, the parking is really small (3 places), but only 5lv ! Also, beware the curtains are really thin and the sun may very well awaken you instead of your alarm clock !

Great hotel in very convenient yet quiet position in Plovdiv. Clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Well worth considering if staying in Plovdiv. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is at a great location in the city center. The staff was great the rooms were pretty good for the price and the breakfast was ok. Overall It's a nice hotel that I would definitely recommend.

Travelled with our pet - that's the reason why we picked this hotel actually - it's a dog friendly place. The location is superb, but the rooms are kinda average. The breakfast can be improved a lot, we were not able to eat any of the stuff there, coffee options limited and quite bad in terms of quality/taste. Overall - average.

No moreparking place, max 5 car. No service during the weekend

I would like to say that room is huge for hotel class 👍👍👍. Second the bathroom (at least in room where I was hosted) had emergency call button and grab bar + hand held phone and hand held shower. I'm not a person with disabilities, but I noticed that. The staff although I interact with them just a little, they knew what first impression means. Small spot great satisfaction

This is one of the best places to stay in Plovdiv! Good price, nice rooms and service. Highly recommend!
