The team is the best ever. Reception desk lady and the girls cleaning are so nice and polite. Also the restaurant taking part of the Hotel is open until late and the waiting girl is so sweet too. Must report it was an accidentally stay. The hotel manager assisted greatly with getting a safe taxi from the airport (cost only €10). Best location...smack right into heart of the city activities and restaurants. Clean rooms.

Perfectly located, staff was super friendly, huge gym, a sauna and a steam bath. Also reasonably priced. So all in all would definitely recommend.

The rooms were spacious and cool, and they had everything that we needed, including complimentary snacks and coffee, which was nice. The location can't be beat. Tip: if you're coming by car, do make sure to ask the hosts to reserve a parking spot for you in front of the hotel, as parking is quite a headache in this area.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. There is no lift though, was not a problem for me. Room was clean and comfortable, I slept really well.

Very modern hotel room of a very good quality and very large. It was immaculately clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower room was very good and there was a small kitchen with kettle, induction hobs and microwave. Instant coffee and tea bags were provided. We ordered breakfast and it was delivered to our room exactly on time and it was very good, especially the continental with egg and a variety of cheese and meat. The girl on reception was friendly helpful and spoke good English. The man was less able to communicate. The situation is ideal. It is very quiet and yet there is a wide choice of bars and cafes very close and all tourist sites are within a short walk. Admittedly the old town is uphill.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable, in the centre of kapana, the lady at the reception was very helpful and kind! I recommen this hotel to everyone! Also you can pay with credit card (visa)!

I stayed for more than a week in Old Plovdiv house. The location is unbeatable, in the middle of Kapana. The apartment where I stayed truly felt like home, with a balcony and a little terrace, a cozy living room, a fully equipped bathroom, and bedroom, a nice kitchen, a washing machine... And also a gym downstairs with an air conditioner, thank God. But what really makes this place outstanding and unforgettable is the flexibility, pleasantness, and caring communication with the staff, remembering and satisfying your needs, and making your stay really welcoming. Plovdiv is a really memorable place to get to know Bulgaria, and this place was the perfect basecamp to do so. Will try to come again.

In the middle of old town cafe streets just around the corner from Roman stadium.

This was our first time staying here having had my in laws stay here before. Fantastic nights sleep, real comfortable beds & self contained rooms, ie fridge, cooker & utensils. We only stayed the 1 night but fantastic location, close to shops, bars & restaurants, definitely stay again !!

This hotel is located in the best district for tourists you just need to walk several minutes to reach the historical locations , best restaurants, pubs and districts, the room is well equipped and the mist important thing is that staff are extremely friendly helpful and smiling all the time , you have everything you need here on a trip , good clean bed , warm hygiene shower and peaceful rest and people who understand your needs

We had a wonderful stay! The studio was very comfortable and cozy, equipped with a kettle and a fridge. The room had extra pillows and blankets. The spa is small but it works very well, perfect for a relaxing evening after all day walking around the city. The gym is quite big, there are plenty of machines and weighta. The ladies at the reception were very friendly and warm, they helped us printing our bus tickets and they greeted with a smile every morning! Location is perfect, right next to the walking area with restaurants, shops, and near the mosque. We cannot recommend it enough!

Perfectly located in Kapana where all the restaurant and bars are and only around a 10 minute walk from the old town. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the rooms have all you require to self cater ...and there is air con. Set in a quieter street but only a short walk to the main eating and socialising area. We arrived by motorcycle on a very hot day and there was street parking available directly outside, but what made our stay very special was the hospitality we received from Aneta on arrival. She suggested that we take the bike into the reception area overnight but my bike was too heavy and large unfortunately, she also helped us carry our luggage to the room and then we chatted for a while after...her English is perfect . And there is free coffee in reception from a bean to cup machine. I have nothing negative to say about Old Plovdiv House !

Great hotel in a great spot. They were very accommodating with us changing rooms to stay a couple more nights. Clean. Sleeping couches in the living rooms weren’t that comfortable.
