Definitely needs refurbishment, and a new management team. Also, there is a new part of the building still under construction, adjacent to the main one that is the ugliest thing in the neighborhood, still standing abandoned for years. Owners should have been finished it long time ago. Rooms were not very clean.

Dusty room, meaning piles of dust everywhere, I have never seen before in any hotel I ever visited, that much dust covering all surfaces!!! The service was great though so overall was ok visit...for 1 night!!!

This iconic building of my beatiful city of birth is still OK yet the interior is very old-fashioned. If I was a tourist I would not prefer this one for my stay but the other popular hotels in the city ("Landmark" is a great one).

One word : "Magnificent" ( when there's not a wedding taking place) from the the moment you enter the front door we felt transported to places of beauty and mystery in all its details. Don't over sleep breakfast is romantic and delightful good ( the grape juice is great) *only down side is there book a lot of wedding which lock up the better rooms and the whole hotel including the resturant.

Just example of hotel with perfect location , but poor management. Hotel rooms looks Arab style, but cleanliness like gypsy house. In the bad ventilated bathroom the temperature is about 40 degree, exact location you could find very nice cockroaches.

No wi-fi in the rooms just in the restaurant. Old furniture, dirrty bathroom, dusty air conditioning. no paved parking lot. The hotel needs a complete remake. I do not recomend.

Terribly decorated rooms, extremely impolite staff, almost missing breakfast and questionable hygiene. Plus the fact that the key cards do not open the door! Deffinitely a pass for me!
