Find another hotel to stay. Not really up to par with the international standards. I would give it 3 stars, but the checkout experience was really unpleasant. Anelia Ignatova is a person who really doesn't belong to the hospitality business. She is an old school bulgarian. Rude, thinks she is always right and the client is wrong. Seems like she brings her personal issues to work. A complete contrast were all the other receptionist, who were extremely helpful, pleasant and cheerfully greeted us and handled all other request. I hope the management reads all the reviews. I suggest to give Anelia another job, where she has no responsibilities facing your guests directly or over the phone. Anelia, please remember one thing: THE CUSTOMER is always right. This will make your and everyone else's life easier.

You are not that close to the center, though there is a shopping mall 50m away the hotel. We asked to reserve a parking space for us but they didn't so it took us 10 min to find one. We received free breakfast as a compensation though. It was the end of November and it was absolutely cold in the room, so we stayed 20min with our jackets waiting the AC to heat the room to some normal temperature. The room was clean and with good size though. I'll go there again only if there is nothing else left.

Very bad smell in the entire hotel, hits you from the lobby. Ugly rooms. Small bath. No lift.
