It used to be a nice place to stay. Now some services like laundry are inactive. Due to Covid, they say. In 2023. Wifi in the room was weak and constantly dropping you out of connection. In 2023. Aqua park was greatly reduced and they are building something massive on the other part of it. People from the staff are nice and cooperative. But looks like owners and management missed to move to the third decade of the century.

What a disappointment... What a downfall for such emblematic hotel from the past... Where to begin... Outdated old looking hotel room. No A/C in middle of July. Temp goes to 85 inside the room. No towels service. No parking for the hotel guests. You need to pay 20 lv. (cash only) for your car... Almost Ice cold temperature of the water in the swimming pool. Nothing to grab on at the boards of the swimming pool. You can drown if you are not a swimmer. At the pool side bar they do not take credit cards, nor there's an option to place order to the hotel room. You need to walk outside the hotel to get cash from an gas station ATM, cause the bar takes only cash in local currency only... No ATM at the lobby or currency change service. The only positive - ladies at the reception ware very pleasant and accommodating, with positive demeanor, even though realizing that all the issues the hotel has is beyond their ability to fix. Same goes to the bell person a very nice and helpful guy. Will NOT come at this hotel ever again.

Terrible rooms, dirty and from the 90s, missing buttons for AC. AC extremely noisy and even noisier when actually working. Absurd price for parking... NEVER AGAIN

Park hotel Sankt Peterburg in Plovdiv is one of the best hotel in the city. Incredible hotel as regards the facilities, interior design restaurant. The attraction of the hotel is the movable roof on the facing floor at the restaurant. It is really nice to dance under the sky and starts during the early evening or daytime during the day if you join an evet. Service very good and supportive.

The restaurant is on the 22nd floor and it was great! The view was fantastic, the food was delicious and the service is great

The location is great and the staff was extremely polite. There’s also a spectacular view if your room is on an upper floor. This, however, was overshadowed by the fact that the rooms were terrible. There was mold over the ceiling, the bath was dirty, the shower head wasn’t spraying correctly and the drain was clogged. In addition there weren’t almost any electric plugs. Usually the booking websites state that there’s parking included, but that’s only true if none of the rest 5 nearby spots aren’t heavily using the parking(it’s a shared one). Overall - I’d look for another spot to stay if I am looking for a hotel in Plovdiv.

I was visiting the restorant! It is special place. The second floor and the opening roof are incredible. The service was poor, but taking in to account the size of the event with 760 guests, it was acceptable. I'm not sure, if it works for family dining. The parking space in front of the hotel is restricted. I did not have the possibility to check the rooms. In general was good!

On Our arrival in Hotel Sankt Peterburg the Reception staff was very welcoming and friendly. Once we when in Our room we are amaze with the beautiful view to the city of Plovdiv. We are were very happy to see there was a coffee machine in our room so we made a cup of coffee and it was really good drinking a cup of coffee and enjoying the beautiful view. The room was very big, tidy and clean. On Our special day, once we return to our hotel room. We are amaze to see the beautiful decoration with flowers, balloons, bottle champange on ice and fresh cake. We are very happy to choose hotel Sankt Peterburg for our special day, we are definitely coming back to stay here again. 🥰🥰💜💜😘😘

Rooms are spacious but stinking of cigarette smoke. Smoking is tolerated in all bars and restaurants, and it is really unpleasant

This review is about the pool only: The area got halved with only 1 pool available. Prices got even higher which makes zero sense. The bar is expensive and nothing special. The food - 2/5

Im complain about this hotel.I stayed one night in this hotel.I checked out from hotel.but I noticed my apple watch dissapeared.I called the hotel and they said we will ask to housekeeper.They didnt turn again.I told my friend in plovdiv and he gone there.And talk with reception and general manager.They said we didnt find.But they dont know apples find watch propetties.And the watch shown at hotel.I put my watch on bed before leave the room.Please be careful in this hotel.Dont prefer this hotel if you wanna safe your belongings.

Conveniently located with clean and reasonably maintained rooms. They fall short on things like a safe that's hard to open and close, no international English TV news channels, stingy supply of coffee and tea packets (one per person per day) and most importantly, most of the reception and restaurant staff don't speak English, often making it very difficult to communicate.

Extremely greedy owners and clerks. I booked a room for one person. The receptionist gave me a studio for 2 persons at a crazy price. Never again. Never. My last stay at this, so called 'hotel' was on 30the of November 2019. Be careful when you book by phone. Always check booking . com for a better price OR just skip this hotel

Ideal hotel, centrally situated for town centre, bars, clubs, restaurants and Exhibition centre. NO NOISE, even with all the attractions close by. Probably the best hotel outdoor swimming complex in Bulgaria, complete with bars and food and specific children's areas. Excellent multi lingual, friendly staff and large rooms, particularly the suites which I highly recommend. Food is good, unlimited breakfast and coffee, and close to many different types of restaurants, you are certain to find one that suits you no matter what your taste in food. HIGHLY Recommended.

A little bit old, but the management invest in some improvements. Breakfast was poor, despite vary the food was not fresh, coffee was with bad quality. Apartment wqs good, clean, but pillows were awful and bathroom could be better. I hope that hotel will improve fast the services because location is super and view from the room was awesome.

Location is nice. I like the fact that there is pool. Breakfast was not good: eggs not cooked properly, bacon soft and saggy, juice with some artificial flavor very far from orange, coffee was instant. It used to be very nicely furnished - now all furniture is old and warned out. No cold air in lobby and corridors, but at least in room ok. Hotel is need of renovation.
