Overall I liked my experience here. It is clean, the staff is polite, it is relatively close to the center and there are a few parking spots infront of the hotel. Price/quality ration is fine. I had only one problem - no iron available in the room. The balconies does not really have a view, as directly infront is another building. On the left you can see the Mall, but on the right there is a construction site. However, the area is green and and nice.

I’ be been in so many hotels , but this one is everything I ever wanted from a hotel . It’s really clean , service is good and it’s really quiet (something most hotels aren’t capable to provide ) . If you want quiet place to stay go there 😊

I know this place cuz it's in my neighborhood. It's pretty good inside, cozy and comfortable as a location. Next to the Mall Plovdiv, not so far from Rawing Channel. The prices are average as for the hotels in Plovdiv

This is my second time staying in this hotel , I really like this hotel , internet connection is stable , it is very clean , staff are very friendly and helpful If I am about to move to Plovdiv , I will want a permanent room in this hotel

Nice location and clean rooms. Bath is small, the shower head can be fixed only very high, so as a woman if you don't want to wet your hair its not possible. There is only one electrical plug in in the room and its not close to the bed. So if you want to use any device in bed while charging its not possible. Also being on business trip with multiple devices is not easy to have them all charged.

A new hotel in the city center.Clean rooms with air condition at low prices. The hotel is jusrt across the mall of plovdiv which is the best mall in the city. And there is a Nonstop Shop which is open for 24 hours, just 150 mt from the hotel. Staff at the reception can speak intermediate English. Worths the money you pay.

Very unprofessional staff,the hotel is not bad. employees are not trained and cannot respond adequately to poor management. I have been a guest several times but I will no longer make that mistake

Clean, comfort, but shower without thub or curtain, no socet for charging your phone etc.,small tea kitchen, 10 people at breakfast allready crowded...

A good hotel for a short stay in Plovdiv. Things to be improved: better TV (and please check batteries of the remote controls), no hangers for clothes and bags, only a wardrobe; no bedside sockets to plug in your chargers, there was some dust on my lamp cabinet. The desk in the room is very small but can fit a laptop, but not a chair that can make working there comfortable. The one available is too short and can only serve as rest for your feet if you sit on the bed. Also, rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy if you are used to sleeping in quiet places. Bathroom was clean.

Clean rooms . Located across from a mall parking was surprisingly easy.
