It's just a building of rooms. No bar, restaurant, breakfast coffee and no staff before 08:00. I had to phone the receptionist who told me the cleaner would be I at 07:30. I needed someone to open the garage so I could leave. I had to pay her in cash!

Excellent location, 3-15 mins to reach almost everything in Plovdiv, from restaurants and bars to Roman Theater etc. Very clean and the the family that owns it, very polite and helpful

Wonderful place to stay. Very close to city centre. Staff and reception excellent. Help full ,polite, extremely clean. Could ask for more.

Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms with retro wallpapers and great air conditioning. And the location is in the heart of Kapana, the creative area of Plovdiv.

Not worth for the money

The rooms are spacious and are very clean and tidy. Maid service is very good and the room is done every day. Reception are very friendly and go that extra mile if you want directions or have a problem in your room which is sorted very quickly. Highly recommend for short or long stays as the hotel is very central making places to go to in town easy to get to.

Hotel is close to the Old City of Plovdiv and in the Kapana district. There are many small cafes, bars and restaurants around. The staff was very polite. They helped us to park the car. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was nothing special but OK good having in mind the room price.

Very lovely place! The room is large, the beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. Breakfast includes vegetables, bread and toasts, sausages, cornflakes and coffee. The air-conditioning is fine but on hot nights it isn't enough, so we had to sleep with open windows.

Not great, but not terrible. The location is superb, the rooms are not so cosy but bearable and clean. Friendly acceptance, did their best to help me find a parking spot. Not so friendly on leaving, I was asked for my room number by a stuff member concerned that I might be eating breakfast for free. BTW, the breakfast was pretty unimpressive, better find another place, there are plenty nearby

Rooms are good. Staff is extremely friendly, and location cannot be beat. The front desk closes between 10 PM and 8 AM, and they’re really clear about that. They went above and beyond to email me about checkin times. Really happy with the stay. Will definitely come back.

The hotel is in a great part of town. It's in a cute, artsy area of the city and is perfect for walking to all of the tourist spots. Unfortunately the rooms were not that great. It does have a fantastic free breakfast though.

Perfect place in a perfect location. Not my first time staying here. I like the friendliness of the staff, quiet rooms even though you are right in the heart of Plovdiv- Kapana, spacious bathrooms and cleanliness. Definitely will stay there again to avoid corporate hotel chains.
