Very nice hotel with realy friendy stuf.

Fine hotel in a quiet area, with free parking. Very kind staff. Free access to the nice outside swimming pool. Breakfast was available from 9am, which we think was too late.

Nice location and good size of the room, but although it was renovated recently it wasn't very clean. Especially the bathroom. There is a wi-fi in the hotel but it has low coverage and might not work for you. The food in the restaurant was very salty and the waitress was not wearing a mask. There is outside pool which was full with very-very dirty water and was already closed. For two days our towels were not changed.

A very stylish hotel, situated in a peaceful area surrounded by trees - just next to the Rowing canal. The receptionist was polite and helpful. The hotel also offers massages, sauna and a steam bath. The only reason I am giving 4 starts instead of 5 is because the restaurant seemed to be understaffed and the manager there was actually quite noisy during lunch time. Other than that, I recommend this hotel for a temporary getaway from the city.

The hotel is really nice with very helpful and acommodating staff. Clean and quiet, lovely view from the balcony. Things drastically change in the restaurant: Staff is smoking inside (the "manager" explained that we had to particularly request non smoking indoors even though smoking in closed public space is illegal in Bulgaria...) Food comes out cold (IF and WHEN it comes out. Staff is too busy smoking, I guess). Took us over 2 hours to get served - salads, fries, meat balls and grilled cheese... nothing fancy or complex to prepare. Waiters and the so called "manager" are rude and ignorant. Example - when I tried to inquire about the missing food and the girl smoking behind the bar, I was asked how much did I have to drink and whether I was imagining things!!! Zero consern about the customer. Not to mention, the first guy I talked to, was a waiter pretending to be the manager!!! The same person threatened me with security and physical violence!!! And this whole circus performance took place in front of our 4 kids... who ended up going to bed hungry. I am still furious even while typing. Btw, no English spoken there, so if you don't have a local person with you, don't even bother... My suggestion to the hotel managers is to sort the ridiculousness of the other business they are attached to, as the hotel is located in a pretty isolated area, and THAT restaurant is the first logical choise for food for their guests... Anyways, we are not visiting ever again.

It was only clean... Nothing else. I couldn't use my breakfast because it starts from 9:30 (this is the first hotel worldwide with that late breakfast). I was asked to arrange with the restaurant a breakfast box by myself....

Service was terribly slow and the server forgot out order multiple times. The kitchen wasn't half bad but didn't make it up for the bad experience.

The rooms are awful, breakfast starts at 09:30, no towel in one one of our rooms and the flush wasnt working in another one. The personel can hardly speak English... Stay away...

The hotel is very nice for the price. The stuff is really friendly. However, the management of the hotel is very disrespectful and not nice to customers(could ruin your stay).

I'd give 10 stars for the staff and amazing service!

Nice little hotel designed in a bulgarian retro and traditional style, located in the park near a great sport center and water base. Wonderful swimming pool, very good restaurant. Perfect place to rest and sleep.

We went for the pool. Employees don't know a word of English. They are very rude. The prices they charge are different from the prices on the menu. And they don't care when you object to it. Be careful! They never accept credit cards. You have to pay the entrance fee and food and drink in cash. The pool gets very full in the afternoon. The water of the pool is cloudy and you have hair in your hands while swimming. The toilet next to the pool is very dirty. There is no suitable place to change your clothes. This place is absolutly waste of time.

the restaurant in the hotel is too expensive for 3 stars hotel

So expensive for just a room. Very unpleasant atmosphere and very limited facilities. Need to be 50% of the asking price
