Nice rooms but the breakfast is not in the actual hotel. The rooms are well renovated. I'm giving this review before my arrival at the hotel for one simple reason - it doesn't have nearly enough parking spots in the indoor parking. Since all the other places around the hotel are hourly paid, this creates a lot of confusion and inconvenience for the guests with cars. The interesting thing here is that the price for the private hotel parking is included in the total price for a night, ie I am paying for something I cannot use. I definitely won't come here again after my stay is over and I'm definitely not recommending this place to anyone.

I will start with the small positives - nice loooking design. It stops here. The rest is a slow reception which mixed the number of our room. That is why it was not cleaned by the house keeping, no new towels, no making of bed, as we are in a hostel. Had to go down to reception two times to get actually the towels. No breakfast in the building, you can go and pay 16lv for a breakfast in the near cafe. Very very disappointing experience for a center hotel with nice looks but no adequate service. P.S. the rooms are extra small - cannot pass the bed to go to the window without going over it.

Best location, small but confi rooms

Hotel room was super clean but small. The staff members can be more hospitable and smile. We were the first ones to greet them otherwise they wouldn’t even get bothered to look at us and greet us. I’m general seems like service is not at a good level in Bulgaria. The room window was looking right at the main central walking avenue. Great place to be.

Parking personnel didn't let me park when he saw my license plates (foreigner, not a BG plate). The parking was almost empty. Inappropriate behaviour of a citizen of an EU country about foreigners. Public authorities should visit this place and conduct an inspection.

The only boutique thing about this hotel is the name. The building is horribly run down, clearly an old 90s hotel barely repurposed as a 'design' hotel. It smells like cigarette smoke everywhere, the bathrooms are super tiny so you are showering above the sink and the water is all over the toilet floor, plus not cleaned well enough. It's pretty noisy. Everything is just dingy, old, smelly, and the staff isn't that kind either. Not sure who gives this good reviews to be honest. The standard is VERY low.

The hotel is well located in the city centre with easy access. The staff, housekeeping is great. Downside of the room, airco died 3 days before i left the hotel. They weren't able to fix it and the hotel was fully booked. The shower/toilet unit did not have proper airflow and the water didn't drain well. Also there is that constant smell of rotten wood.

All in all the hotel is good, nice clean rooms. The bathroom is small, but again nice and clean. However mini bar in the rooms would be a great asset.

Convenient location for the attractions of Plovdiv. Staff are friendly, rooms are fine but not special.

The rooms are very small. There is no parking place nearby. The location is very good, but when we asked at the reception for a taxi, they told us to get from the street. Everything else was fine and corresponding to the reservation details.

It is in the heart of the city. Walking distance to the touristic places. Rooms are very small and shower is incovinient. I didn`t like its cleanniens. Shelves were dusty

This hotel placed in city center, there are a lot of interesting historical places, Cafe and restaurants. A Bulgarian people are very friendly .

Good location, has elevators which is the fastest elevator that I've ever seen. Reception is friendly. There's paid parking pretty close to the hotel, you need to reserve beforehand. The shower door is kinda hard to close so the water goes everywhere in the bathroom.
