Microwave, electric hob, oven, refrigerator, iron, full set of dishes, clothes dryer with signs, washing machine. Air conditioners in the bedroom and kitchen. The kitchen is large with two sofas. Separate bathroom, decent bathroom with shower, but of course there is no bathtub itself. Very close to a large Lidl supermarket, not far from the old town. The owner meets you at the entrance (you need to call in advance about your arrival time), speaks good Russian, shows everything in detail. We stayed for two days and were very pleased.
