deeply
disappointed
with
my
recent
experience
at
Thermal
Aqua
Park
Persenk
and
feel
compelled
to
share
my
negative
review.
Firstly,
I
was
shocked
to
discover
that
the
price
for
non-guests
of
the
hotel
is
an
exorbitant
45
lv,
while
even
as
a
guest,
I
had
to
pay
25
lv
per
person.
This
significant
price
difference
was
unfair
and
left
us
feeling
undervalued
as
paying
customers.
Furthermore,
the
additional
charge
of
6
lv
for
towels
was
unexpected
and
unreasonable.
In
my
opinion,
towels
should
be
provided
free
of
charge,
considering
the
already
steep
entrance
fee.
This
unexpected
cost
only
added
to
our
growing
dissatisfaction.
To
my
dismay,
the
children's
pool
was
ice-cold.
Considering
that
this
is
supposedly
a
"thermal"
waterpark,
this
discrepancy
was
utterly
ridiculous.
It
is
unacceptable
to
advertise
a
thermal
waterpark
and
then
provide
such
a
dismally
cold
pool
for
children.
Additionally,
the
lack
of
proper
lifeguard
coverage
was
alarming.
It
is
concerning
that
there
was
only
one
lifeguard
responsible
for
overseeing
all
of
the
pools.
This
lack
of
adequate
safety
measures
raises
serious
concerns
about
the
well-being
of
guests,
especially
families
with
young
children.
The
overall
cleanliness
of
the
aqua
park
left
much
to
be
desired.
Dirty
facilities
and
unclean
areas
were
not
what
I
expected
from
such
a
supposedly
reputable
establishment.
It
is
essential
for
the
management
to
prioritize
cleanliness
and
maintenance
to
ensure
a
pleasant
experience
for
all
visitors.
Furthermore,
I
was
appalled
by
the
exorbitant
prices
at
the
park's
restaurant.
The
inflated
prices
made
it
clear
that
the
management
was
more
interested
in
profiting
from
customers
rather
than
providing
a
reasonable
and
enjoyable
dining
experience.
These
skyrocketing
prices
left
a
bitter
taste
in
my
mouth
and
added
to
my
feeling
of
being
undervalued
as
a
customer.
For
instance,
the
whole
roasted
chicken
costs
36lv.
If
you
do
decide
to
visit
this
establishment,
I
strongly
recommend
bringing
your
own
towels,
food,
and
drinks.
This
way,
you
can
avoid
the
unnecessary
expenses
and
disappointment
we
encountered.
However,
I
must
admit
that
the
view
from
the
aqua
park
was
one
of
the
few
highlights
of
our
visit.
As
a
suggestion
to
the
management,
I
highly
recommend
reevaluating
the
pricing
structure.
Lowering
the
prices
or
offering
all-inclusive
services
for
the
45
lv
entry
fee
would
provide
better
value
for
customers.
Additionally,
playing
pleasant
music
and
hiring
animators
or
entertainers
would
enhance
the
overall
atmosphere
of
the
park.
The
inclusion
of
more
staff
members
to
cater
to
guests'
needs,
such
as
providing
an
abundance
of
towels
or
facilitating
towel
exchanges,
would
also
greatly
improve
the
experience.
Lastly,
ensuring
that
the
children's
pools
are
at
a
suitable
temperature
would
greatly
benefit
families
and
their
enjoyment
at
Thermal
Aqua
Park
Persenk.
In
summary,
my
experience
at
Thermal
Aqua
Park
Persenk
left
much
to
be
desired.
I
felt
undervalued
as
a
customer
due
to
the
significant
price
difference
between
non-guests
and
guests.
The
inadequately
warmed
children's
pool,
lack
of
lifeguard
coverage,
cleanliness
issues,
and
prohibitively
expensive
restaurant
prices
further
compounded
my
disappointment.
I
hope
that
my
review
can
serve
as
constructive
feedback
for
the
management
to
improve
their
services
and
make
the
necessary
changes
to
ensure
a
more
enjoyable
and
customer-focused
experience
for
all
visitors.
